We bought a dining room table, 2 leaves and six chairs non of which they were “giving away”! Service was slow and somewhat incompetent. Plus, one of the chairs came in cracked. I’m still waiting for that to be delivered hopefully tomorrow, weeks late.

I came into Crate and Barrel in Edina with a bit of a different situation knowing that it was going to be hard. Teya was very helpful, gave us options, and worked with us. Teya and Mary were a huge help and reinstated our trust and reminded us of why we shop with Crate and Barrel! I left very satisfied and happy, thank you Teya and Mary very much!

Easy to navigate. Only complaint was the poor line management from staff: 2 lines had formed and the employee at the register had one line (who had been waiting longer than us) get behind us. Should've stopped it sooner!

They helped me with an exchange for a 2 cup glass measuring cup that the markings wore off. I've had Pyrex glass measuring cups for decades and the markings are as good as new.

I had a mortifying experience trying to return an unused Dutch oven in-store. It was unused but the guy who “helped” me basically shouted in my face saying I can’t return it because I don’t have the “original Le cruset box” it came in. The product is intact and nowhere in there US store policy demanded original box for a return to be issued. I was on the phone with customer service for a matter of minutes and they were immediately able to issue me a return label. So I don’t know what this person is trying to give me a hard time for. Nothing against crate and barrel. Their customer service on the phone has been nothing short of amazing. I just don’t know why this store would hire such a rude person. A disgrace

This location had the Alma glasses I was looking for, so I picked up 12, and then another bunch of 6. One of them was defective which was a huge disappointment as I live out of town. Well, a quick call to the store and Brock had the issue resolved (and a long standing customer satisfied). Thank you, Brock! When others dropped the ball you followed through. Cheers!

This particular location in Edina MN needs to review its hours across platforms. 5 of us were at this location at 10 bc their hours on Google state they open at 10 on Sundays. Their door says 11. No dis on the company, rather, feedback for you so you can continue to serve customers well.

We got the Nylon utensils from Crate and Barrel off of our registry. We loved them until we noticed they started melting in spots (see example photo). I brought these items into the Crate & Barrel store in the Galleria to return them - I was not so pleasantly greeted by the manager Karen after the original employee couldn’t help me. Karen proceeded to tell me that it was my fault that the items had melted. She said there must be something wrong with our dishwasher (not applicable since we only wash these on the top rack) and that we must be cooking with them wrong for them to melt like this. I told her that wasn’t the case but in either case the utensils had melted, and I’d appreciate if they would stand by their products instead of blaming and accusing the customer. She declined her ability to help me in the matter. I walked out of the store and waited for my family. While I was outside the store Karen convened with her coworkers and began pointing directly at me and from what I could tell complaining about me trying to return my defective items. An overall terrible customer experience. I see I’m not the only one in the reviews that has had a terrible experience with this particular manager.
