“Get customer service. Our board game did not come complete, came back to the store and they ensured we had a complete board game. Now looking forward to hours of fun”

“This is the art supply store for all professionals and wannabes, (like me). And the employees are all great to work with.I’m not sure if they have to be artists to work there but they know their merchandise and will walk you to what you’re looking for if you ask.I’d give it five stars but their prices are premium, (I’m in a fixed income), . You do get what you pay for, (price vs. quality is a direct proportion), and sales are great.”

“I came to American Rare coin and collectibles with a fairly large collection and zero knowledge. Rick was fantastic and his customer service is top notch! He gave us information throughout the process and was polite and personable. I highly recommend ARCC!”

“We ordered new outside banners and had a fantastic experience. Lukas worked very hard to make sure the banners were exactly what we wanted. The banners look terrific and we are so pleased with the amazing service Display Sales offered.”

“At first this location doesn't look like much, but upon entering, my mind changed quickly. I have to say that the owner Paul is a personable man that you instantly like. The environment just gives great vibes and negativity is a past thought once you enter. They have everything from vintage toys, current toys, cards, comics, and all in between. Can't speak enough about how great this store is! it is a must see if you are into your younger years.”

“This place is exactly the sort of store that I would take someone to if they were starting to become interested in Tabletop gaming. With the ceramic tile floors and the very display oriented shelving showing off tons of games and their colorful box art, it quickly establishes how far we've come from Monopoly. There are also lots of gaming oriented knick-knacks and niche miniature gaming supplies that aren't always easy to find at other stores. The prices here are definitely MSRP focused with very little in the way of discounts and compared to online retailers you're going to spend a little extra. However, why do we go to a physical store in the first place rather than staying in the comfort of our own homes and just ordering whatever we need online? For me it's for the opportunity to walk around and browse everything in person, or to soak in some of the culture of your local gaming scene, or to have a fun conversation with the staff. You're going for that added atmosphere and tactile experience and it's hard to get much better than this little store.”

“Fun store to walk through with neat displays and a decent selection of Lego sets & games. Feels like a museum with all of their figurines from all kinds of war times. They did have a couple tables for playing group games which is a nice touch.”

“I had a neglected pen at home and cleaned it with rubbing alcohol. Ink would not flow. The very nice young man at recycler advised me to never use rubbing alcohol again. He cleaned the nib with ultrasound and recommended better ink cartridge. I now have a restored perfectly working pen that I need to treat with greater respect. The helper (owner's son) could not have been nicer. Great customer service. I think his fingers are permanently stained with ink smudges”

“Love this place! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable - they can help you find a game you’ll really enjoy! Not ready to buy? You can rent games for a pretty reasonable price!”

“Thanks for educating me on the many coins I brought into your store. I was definitely mislead by what I read on the internet. I am very impressed with your family history and the business you operate. Your store is easy to get to with parking right in front. (So glad I did not have to go to a building.)I highly recommend anyone needing to sell or get educated on old coins, Mont Blanc pens, bullion, general gold or silver, to contact Crystal Coin & Collectibles. It’s a fun store to just stop by and look around too!!”

“This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside you'll basically find hobbyist heaven. At this point Hub Hobby is my go-to for Miniature Wargaming models and supplies. It's one of the only stores I've been to in recent memory where they actually have appreciable discounts on items, not to mention a rewards program if you're planning on becoming a long term customer. The staff in my experience is very friendly whether you're asking them questions in person or even shooting them a question on Facebook. Their Gundam section is especially notable to me, with the best selection I've seen in the entire state and a bunch of other Japanese model kits right next to all the Warhammer you could want. Puzzles, classic games, tabletop, wargaming, RC vehicles and all the tools and specialist items you could need. I feel like this place is an incredible boon to the whole local hobbyist community and I look forward to each and every visit I take to this location. Just exceptional stuff.”

“The two gentlemen that helped me were amazingly helpful and friendly! I was so impressed with how they were willing to go above and beyond to help pick out the right frame for a print I had, the guy in the photo area even placed it and everything for me!I wish I would remember their names to give them credit.”

“They are so friendly here. Everyone is incredibly helpful. They give an honest appraisal without the need to haggle. You can feel confident that you will get top dollar for anything you bring in to sell. And they don't inflate their prices, either. So if you're looking to buy, you know you'll be getting a good deal, as well. Plus, they have some really unique things to check out!”

“This is the best fossil and rock store ever! Why? Because you can sign up to take lapidary classes in the shop in the back and learn how to cut and polish stones like agate and much more. The classes are well run with instruction on cutting, grinding and polishing, and they make it very accessible to the beginner.”

“I have been using their blades for over 30 years. The craftsmanship is amazing and they stand up to years of combat. There are no finer weapons out there than those from Arms & Armour.”

“Fan HQ is a great store. They host autograph signings, most of which are paid, but they also sometimes have free signings (they just hosted a free event with Louie Varland from the Twins). This place is the most reliable one around to host autograph signings and also functions day-to-day as a sports memorabilia and apparel store. Staff is really friendly and welcoming, and the owner Shawn is very personable. They have some Fan HQ exclusive items, such as T-shirts and limited signed and numbered memorabilia. I hope this place stays open forever, as chances to meet local (and sometimes National) athletes is really fun.”

“Date of Visit: 12/28/2023 - Lovely little shop! Seemed to really specialize in Warhammer...it was 1/2 of their store. Had plenty of fun board games on the other 1/2 of the store, a few pushies, dice & dice bags, etc. Also, we saw a sign that they're hiring PT for 5-20 hours per week, if anyone is interested!”

“If you love board gaming, you came to the right place. I've only visited the Games by James at the Mall of America, so this is the one I'm reviewing here. Not the largest store, but solidly packed with whatever you need to satisfy those n*** cravings. In a fantastic location, visible from multiple floors, with an enticing window display and inviting wide open entryway, they totally nailed the layout. Despite the compact nature of this beast, traffic flow is excellent, with the service desk exactly where it should be. I don't really have any criticisms whatsoever. Even the pricing is what you would expect, given the general expense of not only the product, but where this particular store is located. My wife certainly fears the worst whenever I go here, which is practically every time I visit the Mall of America. I only fall short of giving a five star review in comparison, because I am so very fortunate to have The Gamers Den (Cambridge) in my area, a far bigger store in terms of floor space, independantly owned by wonderful folks who truly love the hobby and genuinely appreciate their community of customers. So, if you're reading this review, I absolutely recommend you check them out too. Superb.”

“These guys are totally awesome! Super knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. The pricing is competitive. Sometimes it's worth it to spend a little more. I'd recommend the kings to anyone!Happy bashing!”

“Knowledgeable staff and lots of variety.Went in to browse and found a couple fun nerdy games. Also didn't know Arkham Horror was a 1-4 player game and that there is a card game version!”

“I’m and out.. no issues whatsoever beside those in the parking lot, but that’s not really Hobby Lobby’s job to control or direct people how to drive or watch out for others. The cashiers are wonderful and I am able to get the help I need when I have a hard time finding something..”

“Best experience ever!! Shelly is amazing and takes the time to explain things and is more than fair with her pricing. No pressure to sell at all. Thank you Shelly for everything!!”

“What a gem of a shop! Great place for gamers and stocked with all your gaming needs. I'm a comic book guy and this place is a sweet little honey hole. A well curated collection and a wonderful staff this is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are on point and you can choose your titles for your very own pull box.”

“Probably my fave card shop in the metro. It's very cozy and welcoming. Huge variety of everything. I especially like the sit down area where you have plenty of elbow room to go through stuff, without feeling pressed to buy something or rush through the process. They are also very reasonable in negotiating prices of used items.”

“My family and I always enjoy coming into Dreamers Vault. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the team are really helpful. The back half of shop is an area for people to come and play, and they host games throughout the month.”
