Games by James is a store located in the Mall of America. It is a smaller store but solidly packed with quite a bit to offer. It is in a fantastic location, visible from multiple floors, with an enticing window display and an inviting wide open entryway. The layout is excellent, with good traffic flow and the service desk exactly where it should be. It is a great place for board gaming, with lots of cool boardgames, cards, game pieces, casino themed games, and cool custom chess sets. The staff is incredibly amazing, helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They provide great advice and help customers find what they need, even indulging obscure requests and going above and beyond to assist. Employees are known for small acts of kindness and genuine care for customers. The pricing is what one would expect given the product and location. It is a superb place to satisfy gaming cravings and comes highly recommended for anyone who loves the hobby.
They have an excellent selection of all the games I could ever want. Eric and Ian were so helpful and nice, they knew exactly what I was looking for without having to look it up in the system. The store is really bright though but otherwise a perfect experience.

Friendly store owners, wish they had a little more verifity in today board games. Otherwise it's always fun to look inside and see what new stuff they have.

Awesome place with good employees. They had two games I've been after that are out of print now. I always plan a trip to MOA just to go here
