He was a calming presence and was able to answer my questions quickly. He deserves to be recognized for his amazing customer service!! He definitely goes above and beyond and nowadays people are not given this appreciation and acknowledgement. I hope management really gives their employees this positive feedback!! He deserves it!! “Great place if you are looking for supplies for house or construction-type projects. Had no idea what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with their quite large selection (and prices!!) of lights/lighting, used tools, nails/screws, yard tools, paint and paint supplies, and a lot more! I will definitely be back when I have more projects. Friendly staff, too!”

“Typically have good experiences here but every 3rd or 4th trip will either have bad service (worse is no service) or in my most recent trip the entire plumbing aisle blocked by pallets of product. Since I needed plumbing items I left all the products I was going to buy and went to home depot instead.
Went back today and the aisles were open but never saw an employee until I checked out.”

He had a real friendly demeanor. I thanked him for his excellent customer service. Then I went to the self checkout and had more great service. Ibrahim rang me up at the self checkout, and did it all for me! Then he put the three bags of salt that I purchased in my cart. I was floored!! “Great location, well supplied, and ample parking. Staff is generally friendly and helpful, but the checkout process was a bit bumpy. The card machine, which apparently was a known issue from the employee that responded to help, kept rejecting my chip read, then finally accepteda swipe with the employee's assistance. The management or owner should address this, as it has seemingly been a problem for quite some time. Interestingly, it became a teaching tool for the employee who was training someone. My transaction also included a military discount, which showed the trainee that aspect, as well. Kudos to Home Depot for honoring those of us who have served, and would ask this location to add veteran parking signs outfront, as other locations have done. The cost is minimal, and the message and public display is a powerful statement of where the organization stands. Plus, many of our older service members would be grateful for the proximity to the door, as they do not sign up for handicap access, due to military grit and pride..”
“Ron was very helpful in helping us find the correct parts for the job, also explained potential root causes of the issue. Very good store and good selection of items. The only bad part is there are NO real checkouts, and only self checkouts available.”
“I learned more in five minutes here than in an hour at a big box retailer. I was greeted upon walking in the door and I was able to ask questions about the composite lumbers to find a product that will be perfect and cool for our south facing front porch (keeps cool in direct sunlight). I was handed a bag and told to take as many samples as I like and given a card for follow-up cost estimates. I will be back - very pleased.”
