Had a peculiar issue with the color suit I needed for a wedding, and Steve was a huge help right off the bat, finding quick and creative solutions to our problem, and saved us an unexpected $100 on the suit.

Eric was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He fitted me quickly with a great suit and had a very nicely done ensemble put together to detail it out when I came out of the dressing room. H great customer service, y’all should give Eric a hefty raise as I’ll be a return in-store customer. Thanks!

I was at this store to return an online purchase today (7/23/2023) This was the worst, most humiliating experience ever.Erik was the staff I interacted with. He was very condescending to me. He immediately told me that he does not like taking returns. He said it impacts his store negatively. He couldn't find the order number in the system, so he left me to attend to another customer without further assistance.I was able to call customer service to get the correct order number while in the store. Customer service requested to speak with him.Erik kept telling me that the transaction was a waste of his time and he is frustrated with the return process.The customer service agent helping me on the phone was in disbelief . She said that was awful the way I got treated and promised to escalate it to her supervisorI hope nobody ever gets treated this way.He even made a subtle threat that I was making a scene when I asked him why he was treating me so bad. The customer service agent on the phone overhead all the conversation.Erik does not understand customer service. He gives Jos A Bank a bad image.I used to shop at the store in Maplegrove Minnesota, which was closed due to COVID. This was a very negative customer experience.i hope someone higher up address this issue with him

The employees at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. When I arrived to pick up an alteration on the agreed-upon date, I was told “it’ll be ready when it’s ready” and was then asked if I wanted “a special badge to indicate my items are more important than everyone else’s”. The old female employee who said this was extremely condescending throughout my time there and acted as though my desire to pick up the items I paid for - on the day I was told they’d be ready - was the biggest inconvenience in the world. Her rude personality reflects the kind of business they run here: cold, uncaring, unkind, and unsuccessful.

Absolutely the worst shopping experience of my life. I made an appointment with Eric for Friday April 7th at noon. I was there a few minutes early and he wasn’t even at the store yet. He finally showed up at 12:15 and wasn’t in a hurry to get settled to work with me. Someone else at the store had to remind him that his appointment was here. He didn’t apologize for being late. I told him I was looking to pick up three suits and figured that since I made an appointment I’d get some personal attention. Instead he left me to go help another customer and it took several minutes. As a result, I grabbed my stuff and left the store. I chose this company even though all my colleagues told me to go to Indochino…they were right and I have an appointment with them today.

I purchased a couple items from this store recently and I had to make a couple of exchanges given I made a mistake on the fit. Nathan was very helpful and understanding and worked diligently to make sure I was happy with the purchase. He was also very friendly. I am very impressed with the service and will continue to shop there!

Employees are incredibly and outrageously rude. Told me in condescending tone not to unfold sweaters to see them unless going to try on. I can't suggest things to my husband to try without seeing their full look first. I had only unfolded 2-3. Now can't continue shopping. Not sure how they expect to sell. Companion about refolding. I've NEVER in all my retail days asked a customer not to unfold to see. And I've folded stacks of sweaters ad nauseum when they were ALL rifled through to find just one size. I only unfolded 3, one of each style to see.Also, 3 employees doing nothing and no other customers... So not busy the least. Seriously...I can even refold them nicely myself...

Bought 6 custom shirts and multiple other casual pieces from Lee. He was extremely knowledgeable about fit and fashion, and held excellent conversation throughout the visit. He really knew what was in the store and made suggestions. Very old fashioned shopping experience, felt like I could really take the time to consider my choices. I just got the shirts back tonight, and while the shoulders were a little low, every other detail was so luxuriously perfect. This shoulder detail is easily understandable for a template, custom type shirt. Such an incredible experience for such inexpensive shirts, and Lee nailed the fit. Thank you so much.

We had an appointment and waited in the store for over 20 minutes. Not one person greeted us, asked us if we needed help, or why we were there. We ultimately left and took our business elsewhere.
