The KOHLER Signature Store by First Supply provides a unique shopping experience with a modern and innovative atmosphere. It features a wide range of products from KOHLER, KALLISTA, Robern, ANN SACKS tile and stone, and KOHLER Custom Vanities. Customers appreciate the expertise of the project consultants, who assist with bath design and project development. Many reviews highlight the superior customer service, with staff members like James, Ruth, and Matt being noted for their friendliness and knowledge. However, some customers have faced challenges with product issues and delays. One customer had problems with a shower door that required extensive communication to resolve. Another mentioned waiting for a kitchen backsplash tile order, although James provided updates throughout the process. Despite these issues, the quality of the products and the helpfulness of the staff contribute to a positive overall impression. The store is seen as a reliable choice for home remodeling needs, with a commitment to high-quality service and products.
I have experienced great customer service and Keith and the sales team have bent over backwards to so that we would have our products in time amidst back orders.
