“I was at Sunnyside Gardens yesterday looking for hydrangea plants and had no idea what I was doing - so many different varieties and sizes.
A woman from Sunnyside, named Sue, came up to me and asked if I needed some help. She couldn't have been nicer - she stayed with me for at least 20 to 30 minutes helping me find what I needed and then loaded them on my cart.
I've always been pleased with the quality of their plants as well as their customer service. This is Sue's first year at Sunnyside, although she's been in this business for a number of years and is very knowledgeable.
She is a perfect fit for them and they are lucky to have her - although I bet they already know that.”
“I’ve visited this plant shop several times, and every time I’m impressed. Their plants are exceptionally well cared for, and the selection is fantastic — with both common favorites and harder-to-find varieties. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable.
One of the standout qualities of this store is that it’s a small business run by the owners themselves, so if you ever have questions or concerns, you can speak directly to someone who truly cares. A few months ago, we purchased a plant that turned out to be mislabeled. As it grew, we realized it wasn’t what we had originally intended to buy. When we went back to the shop, we were able to speak directly with the owner. She was incredibly apologetic and went out of her way to make things right — something we really appreciated and didn’t expect.
I already loved shopping here, but after that experience, I can confidently say I’ll be a loyal customer for the long haul.”

Unlike Kern, they delivered on-time as promised, and Andy that delivered the Class 5, was incredibly personable, and attentive to my request in placing the material. Glenn the owner, was very pleased and grateful for my call complimenting the great service, and promised to commend Andy for a job well done. The only NEGATIVE, is this business does not currently offer AARP or VETERAN'S discounts. I would ask Glenn the owner to reconsider this policy. Call this location for ALL your landscaping needs!”

I stopped by to window shop (I was visiting from out of state so buying plants for a plane ride home wouldn’t have worked well) and I took some of the most beautiful photos and picked up some cards to mail out. If I lived close by I would be there weekly. Stop by if you can!”

“Richfield Flowers & Events provided the bouquets, chuppah and flowers for my daughter’s wedding. Everything was beyond our expectations. We knew it would be beautiful , but they knocked it out of the park. Their staff set everything up and came after the event to take it down and to take away some of the rental items. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. We’re still waiting on pictures from the photographer , so don’t have any to post that shows the bouquets or the tables. The chuppah, we only added simple greenery and floral, but was still quite beautiful One of the pictures posted is of some of the flowers that I brought home after the event. We’re still enjoying them.Greg handled the selection and design and Sharon handled much of the communication, although we did have a couple of in-person meetings with Greg, which were helpful.”
“Russ started the process perfectly for us giving us confidence in his expertise to deliver a native prairie that could adjoin our wetland and keep out the invasive buckthorn and burdock in the area. The project was a large one, and the crew did a fantastic job not just meeting our plan expectations but clearly caring about the finished product and our experience, from cleaning up each day to paying close attention to our children and ensuring their safety. We look forward to the spring when things can really take off!”
“I went to the store today to see their fun variety of plants and was not disappointed. The staff had a difficult day due to an unexpected computer system failure. Not to mention it was 85 degrees and humid. The staff was extremely apologetic about the issue, which they couldn't control, and provided the most incredible customer service. I can't recommend this place enough. On the way out of the store, an employee let an entering customer know they were closing early due to the computer issue. The lady scoffed and loudly said, "this is what I get. It's like I'm being punished for trying to shop local." The employee didn't say anything back, took a deep breath, and proceeded to wish me a good evening. Shout-out to that amazing employee and to all of the staff. You can clearly see every employee cares about their job. I hope the lady has the day she deserves.”

“The flower center is great when the flowers first arrive... then they seem to lack the proper care such as watering and the selection tends to dwindle out due to lack of attention. Prices are good if you get there at the right time!”
“Employee Nina was really helpful and responsive to me when I was tired and crabby about another employee who was just looking at his phone and clueless. She helped me find two items and marked one down when a similar item was unavailable. Great service. If she isn't already a manager, she should be!”
“This has been my go to place for the randomness of my job and taking care of my home. I have been to this location multiple times and have received stellar service . Whenever I stop by I'm always greeted with smiles and helpful workers. On busy days sometimes you have to be patient for for assistance . A worker told me that if you look up the item you are looking for online it actually lists which aisle and what section the item is in. This has been super helpful for when I visit. This has been great. Sometimes when they do not have the item I want in stock there's so much more on their website. I've had these delivered to my place of work and also done pick ups at the actual. It has been super h lồi.”
“We just bought a house so of course we needed a laundry list of items. We in no less than 45 minutes got 4 sets of locks identically keyed, got a mini fridge on major clearance, did some Christmas shopping, all while getting those odds and ends. Everyone we spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did all this on a Saturday afternoon no less.”

From fresh produce to additional fall favorites, the selection was pristine. Sara was exceptional when offering suggestions and helping to truly make the experience.
