“I was looking for a treats for my boy’s birthday and they had just what I needed. The staff working was very nice and cautioned about the candle - very thoughtful. I was in and out in no time and my dog lived his pupcake and birthday cookie!!”

“The staff there was so incredibly helpful. I brought in my foster dog for a self-serve bath and they saw his itchy skin from neglect from his previous owner and the groomer suggested a shampoo that isn't normally offered through the self serve option, but is through the grooming service. They brought out a bottle especially for him, and I couldn't have been more appreciative. I know that everybody that works at your store loves animals, but it appears they also love making every interaction a great one as well. I bought a five pack of the self-serve washes, a bunch of treats, I will be back again and again.”
