I was in line to use the identity network kiosk at the UPS store. The family in front of me was having a difficult time with the finger printing. The UPS attendant Tez came over and assisted the family with the finger printing and was then completed. I was next having the same issues and Tez assisted me as well. I just want compliment Tez for his assistance, support, and willingness to help even when it’s not a UPS product. Thank you for your time Tez , it was very much appreciated !!! Went here to get passport photos. The passport agency rejected them because they were too blurry. In a pinch, I went somewhere else to get the photos done the right way. (shoutout CVS)
I later came back here to get my $25 back on the crappy passport photos. They told me no refunds. Ended up having to do a chargeback on my credit card. I didn’t know UPS was in the business of giving out invalid passport photos 🤷♂️

This store is my go-to for Amazon returns since it's also next to WholeFoods which Amazon requires about 20% of their items to be returned to whole foods! After I walked in with my gigantic box, a very nice store wrap came to help me get all my items checked out very quickly and efficiently!
This store has ample parking and it is in a perfect spot to grab lunch at cucumbers. Get your groceries from whole foods and get your favorite items next door from HomeGoods! You can spend a half day in this little shopping strip! Highly recommend!

Service and follow up for Corporate UPS not getting packages on time was unbelievable!
The Manager and owner went way beyond expectations to make delivery right!
I would recommend this store for any services, obviously why they have been in business for 20 years Plus!!!

Scary experience here! The guy who worked there snapped at me for asking if I could print a label myself. I asked because he said they would charge almost $5 for print service. They don’t have a copier for customers to use, which I didn’t realize until after he snapped at me. I asked why he was snapping at me and he said because he didn’t want customers near the copier. I just didn’t know! Yikes! I was polite and gave no reason to be snapped at like that. Will have to ask Amazon if there is another place to return because I will not be going back here.

I went to return a package turned out to be a post office label, the young girl just said you would have to print it and email it and be charged 4.50 and while I was struggling to figure all that out, she walked away. Then a young man came out , helped on my phone and was done in a minute. I made sure to donate there also. The young lady needs to be more patient and helpful with people that aren't good with technology.
