“My husband and I made an appointment in September to open up a trust account and we were meeting with Jill. As soon as we entered the lobby, we had arrived early, she offered us coffee while we waited for our scheduled time with her. (That was one of the best cups of coffee I had ever had.)Jill was not familiar with the type of trust account we were setting up but she very kindly and patiently got the information that she needed and helped us open the account.We were very thankful for how efficient she was in answering any question we had and if she didn't know she found out.What was a difficult day for us she put us at ease.”
“I am shocked by the negative reviews for the Elk River branch of US Bank. I have been a customer at this branch for the past 17 years, and have always had a good experience. I have had numerous dealings over the years: notary, cashing checks, withdrawals from my account, loans, credit cards, money orders, cashiers checks and have ALWAYS been treated in a very polite and respectful manner. These folks are definitely a 5 star group in my book. I have a feeling many of the people that wrote a negative review went in the bank with a chip on their shoulder to start with. I will be their customer for life!!!”
