“It was super busy at the Nike outlet didn't have the shoes my daughter was looking but found a pair she loved it a very long long check out line thought it would take an hour but got threw within 15mins. She found some school stuff and I think it was a trip well worth it! Busy but I was impressed! Good job Nike outlet associates!”

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to rave about the phenomenal experience I had at this store—all thanks to the store manager. From the moment I walked in, their energy was infectious. You could tell they genuinely care about both the customers and their team, and it makes all the difference.
Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but they also went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. They anticipated questions before I even asked, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another shopper.
What really stood out was how smoothly the store ran under their leadership. The staff was upbeat, the shelves were immaculate, and the whole vibe was welcoming and warm. You can tell this manager leads by example—there’s a sense of pride and positivity that radiates throughout the store.
Honestly, if every store had a manager like her with her staff, shopping would be a joy everywhere. They’re a gem, and this place is lucky to have them. I’ll definitely be coming back—and telling everyone I know to do the same!”
“The new manager has breathed new life into this store. She is knowledgeable, competent, and exemplary. It has been wonderful to see the change. Rather than me having to order online, it has been nice to be able to go into the store and see the clothes and try them on.This store is great for both edgy and contemporary plus size clothing. “Can't say enough good things about the customer service there. I can't remember the employee's name but she assisted me in getting a bag from another outlet store out of state. And when thar store dropped the ball she made multiple attempts to get in touch with them and complete the order successfully.”
“Aside from the typical strip mask experience of having no automatic accessible door, the ramp to get onto the sidewalk is in an inconvenient spot. Once inside, the store is mostly clean enough to maneuver through easily, though the sizes are kind of all over the place, especially in the clearance. One great thing about this store is the accessible changing room. It's plenty big enough for any size chair plus a caregiver, and there is a bench and a grab bar in there. I rarely see grab bars in changing rooms. The store is typically stocked well with all sizes of any given item and the staff is always friendly. A for effort.”
