“I brought my 2012 F150 to ProService because I was having a terrible torque converter shudder. I had them do a fluid change hoping it would fix the problem which as of 100 miles it is gone. I called to make the appointment and was able to drop it off for next day service. They called me in the morning when it was about to go in the shop and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They did a basic inspection and informed me of suggested repairs (all of which I was already aware so no shocking news). There was no pressure to complete any other services which i appreciate. They are super friendly and I will definitely use them again for future service.”
“My brother recommended accelerated auto, and I’m so grateful. I took my car in for an oil change and routine tuneup, and they discovered that my subframe had completely snapped. The owner saved me thousands by letting me know that it would cost me too much to fix, considering the age and mileage of my car. Although it was hard to hear, I’m incredibly grateful for his kindness and honesty. He was beyond helpful and I’ll definitely going back. Also, shout out to the mechanics for their thoroughness and finding the issue with my frame.”

“John was so wonderful and easy to work with! Had a tire that needed a patch, on a Saturday...I called him up, he said bring it right over. I dropped it off and I no sooner got home and he was texting me that my tire was ready! I have NEVER EVER had this kind of service on a weekend!!”
“We had our front end repaired in 2022. In 2024 some of the paint on the front bumper was starting to peel. They looked at the car and they said "We'll take care of it". Picked up the car today and it looks like a new car. Great to deal with a repair shop that values both integrity and workmanship!

Lead from the bottom, give them what they need: Don't only lead your people, but take on the most difficult and dirty tasks yourselves. Keep some parts on hand to keep things rolling and reduce customer inconvenience and make things happen. Keep tooling and shop updated, supplied, and current to help customers and employees both . Things a shop owner doesn't "Have" to do.....,
Try on your customers shoes: You aren't advising for your businesses' financials, Advise your customers as if you were in their position and writing that check . They pay you for THAT knowledge.
How does this relate to you getting your car fixed here?? A strong foundation makes a steady house. Good ethics and procedures flow throughout.

I can’t tell that the car had any damage at all and I’ve been telling everyone.”

“I brought my car in for brake and rotor maintenance about a week and a half ago. During that visit, I was informed that additional maintenance was needed, and I authorized the technician team to complete the work. However, about a week later, I began experiencing further issues with my brakes and rotors. I returned to have the technicians reassess the vehicle, at which point I was told that more maintenance was required. This was very frustrating and left me feeling taken advantage of.
Fortunately, I had the opportunity to speak with Clint, the manager/owner. He listened attentively, validated my concerns, and worked with me to reach a fair compromise regarding the additional repairs. Clint’s professionalism, compassion, and willingness to resolve the issue made a significant difference. I truly appreciate the way he handled the situation and would highly recommend working with him.”

“Recently purchased a ram rebel. Love the truck, sales team was great, even worked some magic getting me a warranty and keeping my monthly payment where I wanted them! My only slight issue is the same day I brought it home the leaking sunroof drenched my interior, again sales team was great and said they would fix it, being a mechanic I fixed it myself because I was tired of getting rained on. I was slightly disappointed when they said they wouldn’t detail it for me but such is life. Decent dealership would work with them again in the future!”
