I chose not to let my insurance company know. They had my car for 10 days and came in $500 under their estimate. I could have had a car to borrow, but we made it work without one. I can’t tell that the car had any damage at all and I’ve been telling everyone.”

“I had a great experience here and highly recommend them. I originally brought my vehicle in because the A/C wasn’t working and had the compressor replaced. Unfortunately, the issue wasn’t completely resolved, so I brought it back. They quickly figured out that the condenser also needed to be replaced.
What really impressed me was how they handled it. They didn’t charge me any additional labor, and they even covered half the cost of the new condenser. It’s clear they stand behind their work and genuinely care about taking care of their customers.
Honest, fair, and excellent customer service like this is hard to find. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future vehicle repairs!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Apple Collision & Glass in Lakeville.
I came to them after a very frustrating experience with a prior repair where my vehicle’s front bumper had been repainted multiple times but still did not match the rest of the car. What started as a simple repair turned into a much larger issue due to repeated unsuccessful attempts.
From the beginning, Apple took a completely different approach. They thoroughly evaluated the vehicle, confirmed the color was incorrect, and clearly explained what it would take to fix it properly—including spray-out testing and custom tinting. It was obvious they cared about doing the job right, not just quickly.
What truly stood out was their integrity and customer care. They advocated for the correct repair process and went above and beyond to help make the situation right, even absorbing part of the cost so the vehicle could be repaired properly.
The final result exceeded my expectations. The color match is seamless, even in natural lighting, and the vehicle looks exactly how it should.
