318 Miners Drive East, ElyApologies for the photo… My old boy is probably a little embarrassed… We are on a road trip from San Francisco to Denver and back (eventually). Well, last night, his little “red rocket” got stuck. And this morning it was still stuck… This can lead to some severe medical conditions and so I need to stop somewhere on the way. I’ll save you the details of the story, but Dr. Jeni Fowler and her staff (Charlie and the other angels) give me a quick holistic solution and even provided me with some gloves so I could handle the matter. Based on the way to handled this, I would recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE. Aa someone on the board of a dog rescue, we are seeing less and less of this kind of genuine care in a field that is quickly putting finances first instead of truly caring for pets. Thank you a million times over. It may seem like a small situation but it’s easy to see how much they care. 💛💛💛

5 East Chapman Street, ElyI was dreaming of getting breakfast after exiting the Boundary Waters. Little did I know, my dream breakfast was in fact an omelette here at Britton’s. The portions are huge. The hash browns were excellent. The vibe is great- just a small town dump diner. Also, their mugs are sublime and are sold for $10. Overall, this is an incredible breakfast nook- especially if you come with an appetite.
