“Cynthia was fantastic! This was my first accident and I had my car towed here being close to my house in Excelsior. I was offered helpful information that really helped me navigate what to do and how to proceed with decision to ultimately total the car based on condition. Cynthia as the owner of this local business helped more than they received as a benefit. I just think that is unprecedented in a stressful situation. She single handedly took the stress out. My only feedback is there was confusion between Collision and Color and the other body shop in town ,turns out there are two - who knew?). So, double check address and phone detail if working with a claim. This location is near the animal hospital and Garden Parch on County road 19.”

That wasn’t the case here. I shared my issue with the management at Wayzata Collision, and the manager personally reached out and made things right.
