“This shop is a literal gem! I love these stores that sell crystals and teas and books, etc, but all the ones I have found so far are quite a trek through a lot of traffic. Really just too far away, unfortunately, to visit very often. I live in the Hopkins area, and just recently found this adorable little store practically in our own back yard! The owner was such a lovely person; very warm and welcoming. My daughter and I had a lot of fun going from room to room, seeing all the beautiful items and saying hello to the little River Frog in the aquarium. I will definitely make this store a regular place to visit from now on, and I hope other people find their way here too. It's truly is a charming, magical place.”

“This is our first time shopping at this location, and after today we will only shop at this store. This store was nice and clean. But more importantly Lydia the sales associate was the best customer service we have ever received. From start to finish she helped my son get some new clothes for his school dance, and she helped me find some new shirts in my size. She was perfect in everything she did. “Beautiful store but a bit frustrating there was no price on the tester. Just a recommendation people don't generally want to buy the tester because it's been used but that is the item people first look at so having the price more visible is helpful.”

“I worked with Danny Ferrel during my fitting, whose experience and expertise were immediately noticeable. His relaxed personality definitely helped settle my nerves after about 10-15 lousy shots to start the fitting. He was extremely helpful, working with my ideas and making adjustments with his knowledge of the equipment. 2nd Swing has a huge selection of clubs to choose from, which is great for testing a variety of brands. I started off with five brands I wanted to hit, they had them all. With the help of Danny’s vast knowledge, I arrived home a very happy customer with a new set of fit clubs that greatly improved my golf shots! With the experience I had, I can highly recommend 2nd Swing, I wish I had done this years ago!”

“What a great surprise after an intense shopping experience. The store had great inventory, but was a bit chaotic with the member event. The highlight was the help we received from the store manager, Max. I met him at checkout as there were questions with an online order I needed to place. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but extremely patient (the line was 10 deep). He took the time helping me and getting our order placed with the correct discount and my interaction was one that reminded me that customer service is what makes a retail environment worth coming back to — retail needs more people like him.”

“Wednesday, June 4th I went in with my best friend to see if I could return a defective roll on glitter or do an exchange. It was my fault because I didn’t have my receipt but two workers were so helpful! They were so kind to still take the item and to exchange it and made sure I got a new one that actually worked! I wish I had gotten their names because they were super helpful and so kind! That type of attitude makes me want to back there even more! So thank you to the two that had helped me :)!!!”
