The incompetence is staggering. My Rx needed “prior authorization”, but does anyone from Walgreens contact me or the MD? No. Their automated phone didn’t even recognize a prescription in the system, and, of course, nobody answers the phone. I had to go there to find out. I wish I could rate them zero.
