“I'm pleased with the sevice at this Walgreens location...from all staff (front counter, photo, and pharmacy). I moved from the Hwy 101 location to this location because of poor service. I particularly appreciate the helpfulness from the pharmacy staff and the drive-through is a great convenience. I've been coming here for many years. Sure, rarely there is a blip with pharmacy service hours, but I can't imagine how challenging staffing may be with sickness, etc. For that reason alone, 4 not 5 stars. I appreciate this location's staff performance!”
“Last minute pizza order for a student event. 30 pizzas. I told them I would completely understand if it wasn’t feasible.
They were amazing. Assured me they had staff on hand to make it happen.
No idea how it worked out for the kiddos at their event but… the prior event one of their teachers fronted the pizza. Geesh.
Food is important. Teachers/coaches shouldn’t be in charge of supplying it.

“They are number one for affordable gas in the US. It’s cheaper and good compared to other gas stations. But the line is so long which is the only issue but its costco so we can never expect free lines 😅”
“My family recently switched to Spring Park after having issue after issue with our local Walgreens. The staff is so kind and friendly, and prescriptions are filled very promptly. We have rarely had an issue with a prescription being out of stock - whomever does their product stocking knows what they are doing. I also received my COVID booster here, and it was a smooth and efficient process. Keep in mind that they have more limited business hours than a large chain! And yes - their shop has lots of cute (and useful) items for last-minute gift shopping: toys, puzzles, jewelry, snacks, clothing, etc. I love SPP!”
“They got whatchu need for real. Fatty selection, and the bakery goods are straight fire son ?. They'll hook you up with straight diabetes the way the desserts be looking and tasting. The location is superb and the parking is abundant so bring ya fam and ya friends. They got all the household goods and you know it's got that L&B quality.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy. The managers, the pharmacists, the technicians, everyone is top-notch, and they will go above and beyond, in order to make you feel comfortable, and to make sure everything is taken care of. They treat you like a friend, and it feels like they actually care about how you are doing and how they can help you do better. Trey, Eric, Ahmed, every single one of them are always on top of their game. If there is ever any problem with insurance or anything like that, they are all over it. I will never go back to another pharmacy and I would go out of my way to go to this one, if I had to.”
“Cub Pharmacy in Chanhassen is the only place I trust to handle my prescriptions. The team is efficient, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. I also appreciate that the same three people have worked there for as long as I’ve been filling prescriptions. That kind of consistency says a lot.
Before my dad passed away, he also used Cub Pharmacy in Chanhassen. The staff were incredibly kind to him and always took the time to listen carefully. That meant a lot because he suffered from post-stroke aphasia and sometimes needed a little extra patience when communicating. They were thoughtful about explaining his medications and making sure he understood what he needed to know.
One time they even called him to advise him not to take a prescription he had been given in the ER until he spoke with his doctor, because they immediately recognized that it could interact with another medication he was already taking and potentially cause a seizure. When he later moved to an assisted living facility and could no longer drive, they arranged to have his prescriptions delivered.
This pharmacy doesn’t just fill prescriptions. They go above and beyond!”
“Okay, I never leave reviews but I absolutely need to in this case. I am 28 years old and have been on certain prescriptions my entire life. I have ALWAYS used Walgreens to fill prescriptions until about 2 months ago, I switched to this cub location on town centre. When I tell you guys I am beyond blown away by the service quality here, that is an understatement. Walgreens made me jump through so many hoops to do simple tasks and the staff here at this cub location make everything so easy, they’re pleasant to talk to, seem like they enjoy their job, always happy to help, and offer overall exemplary customer service. I didn’t even know a pharmacy had the capacity to be this friendly/helpful…I always thought pharmacies were like going to the DMV lol but I was so wrong! I was just not at the right pharmacy!! Every single person who works in this pharmacy needs a raise. Amazing job. You have found yourself a new lifelong customer. I’m never going back to Walgreens.”

“I recently switch pharmacies from Walgreens to here. Walgreens was taking too long and it was quite pricey at times (WITH INSURANCE!) did some research found some good coupons accepted at this pharmacy (Good RX GOLD!) and decided to try it… gave it a shot and my queens Becca, Paula and Katy were so fabulous and kind! It was fast and convenient! I love them and will be back. My medication went from $20 with insurance (ewe!) to $3!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m so happy you accept good Rx GOLD and the customer care yall provide! I will be using this pharmacy forever now. It was busy but it was FAST! Thank you!!!”

“The Walgreens by me either closed without letting me know when placed the refill request or just straight up ignored my request because they were so short staffed they don’t even pick up the phone. This was the only one that picked up their phone, estimated to have my meds fill within an hour and got it ready in 20min. The staffs were polite and worked so fast. I’m so grateful because my mom has been out of meds for a whole week and I placed the request weeks ago. They’re busy but they still keep it pushing. I wish I could leave a tip or a thank you note.”

“I was having a hard time breathing which made it even more frustrating that other stores wouldn’t fill my prescription until tomorrow. We were on hold for a long time which increased the frustration at first, but once I saw the store and the lines I understood. These people are giving 110% and helping everyone the best that they can. They didn’t take any of their deserved breaks during the day and went out of their way to find me an inhaler spacer tube. They are saving lives. I had five people in front of me in line and six behind me and the line just kept growing. Doctor said it’s the worst tree pollen she’s ever seen so let’s give these guys some slack while it isn’t their fault that we’re all struggling.”
