“I have been having my car serviced here for last few years and I would highly recommend going here to Universal Auto LLC. Alex is highly skilled mechanic has a ton of knowledge and is very dependable. Has great prices as well.
Alex has done my oil changes, brakes, replace other parts and new fuel line ran for ome that was leaking. Nobody else wanted to repair leaking fuel line Alwx stepped up did a fabulous job no more leaks. Thanks Alex for taking such great care of my car putting me at ease knowing he is always there to help !

“I had my complete exhaust system disengage when leaving the carwash near GVT (not the fault of the carwash- probably lucky it happened there and not on the road!j. I walked up to there shop and they took charge! They picked up the exhaust system and fixed it that day. So appreciative of them!”

“The leadership and staff at this location are incredible at what they do! I was definitely not the “ideal” customer today running late to my tire change appointment and then forgetting one of my old tires and having to come back after my appointment for them to be able to actually change both tires I bought. Despite that, the manager Cory and his staff were very kind and patient with me, offering to let me get my tire and come back with it later that day without having to reschedule a new appointment. I know it was extra time and effort for them to accommodate me today, and I’m grateful that I decided to go through them for my tire change. Highly recommend the Plymouth Discount Tire location if you are in need of service on your vehicle and want amazing customer service!”
