“I was driving back to California after a road trip in the New England area, unfortunately, I experienced a flat tire.in Blue Earth, Minnesota.

Called for Geico road side assitance and I was told there is no towing truck available on Sunday, Let me find it my self.

I have to say, at the Rest Area I-90 WB Blue Earth, it was very hot and there were a lot of mosquitoes.

My wife and I, a 2-year-old son, and a 3-month-old daughter. Finally, after waiting for two hours, I called the 911.

Thank you very much to the 911 operator who helped me find a towing service.

Besides you, no other towing company is available to tow my car on Sunday.

“My Job gave me a little RAM ProMaster city to drive around in a few months ago. They only had one key for the thing. Figured I had better get a spare key, as I lost one for the last van once...

So I go to the locksmith who then says I have to go to the dealer. Apparently a few Stellantis vehicles have to get a factory key that lines up with a VIN or whatever.

So I call Milletello. The first person who answers the phone knows exactly what I'm talking about, tells me the price, and orders it.

Now, I went to the locksmith first, because I figured it would be cheaper than the dealership. However the key didn't cost any more than what it would cost to get cut and programed at a locksmith. Thank you for that.

A few days later the key arrives they notify me and I just walked in one afternoon. Defiantly should have called and set up an appointment, but I was in the area. The person at the parts counter was able to program the key (and re-program the original) right there. Super awesome.

People here seem to know what they're doing. Will be back when I need parts!”

“The Walmart auto care center staff were very helpful, especially after they knew that I have to park my car there for at least two nights. Because I foolishly left the Wheel lock keys at my house in California and didn't bring them with me on this trip. Therefore, they were unable to provide tire change services immediately. So they immediately reported my situation to the store manager. I was approved to park my car there!

Ironically, I had to tell my friends to mail the wheel lock keys here via next-day delivery.

I booked a hotel nearby for two nights, and now we can only walk there to check in.

Two days later, on Tuesday morning, I received the package from California before 10 AM.

So, I immediately came here to get my tires changed. I had already booked and paid for the service through the app earlier.

Therefore, the whole process was very quick and smooth.

Especially appreciate all the staff in the auto care center.

After the tires were changed, we left immediately, because we had been delayed for a while along the way. Our next stop was Mount Rushmore, South Dakota.

If we have the opportunity in the future, we will definitely come back to Minnesota for another trip. By the way, the people of Minnesota are really friendly. Thank you, Minnesota Nice!

A short while later, the state trooper arrived first. He told us that the tow truck should arrive soon and asked if we wanted him to wait until the tow truck arrived before he left.

After the tow truck arrived, I told him we were going to the Walmart auto repair center.”
