Used to be a treasurer for a local church and had to deal several times with several people at 1st United and had always gotten the best service and all my questions answered. They were always patient waiting for the church council to meet first and get info back to them that they needed!Also use as my personal bank and one of the tellers even knows me by name. She has helped me out several times when needed if I happen to be in her line when inside the bank!If I ever had a question concerning my bank account they have always given me time and answered my questions!Easy to make appointments for their other services!”

“I believe if one is fair, they should complain when they are unhappy with their service, and also compliment those who deserve it when things go well.I spent time with Christy Engels, the branch manager at Wells Fargo Bank, in Faribault, yesterday and I was impressed by her willingness to go "over the top" to help me. Yeah sure, of course it's her job, and yet even at the end of the day she had great energy and presence and a willingness to serve. From the time I introduced myself, in the middle of a conversation she was having with another employee, she did everything possible to get back to me as soon as she could.
