Thank goodness these folks exist. They sold me a pair of insets for a pair of shoes that was way to big that are now very comfortable; and recently they stretched the insole section of a pair of very expensive loafers which has made them totally wearable and comfortable now. Long live Burkhartzmeyer Shoes!
