Thank goodness these folks exist. They sold me a pair of insets for a pair of shoes that was way to big that are now very comfortable; and recently they stretched the insole section of a pair of very expensive loafers which has made them totally wearable and comfortable now. Long live Burkhartzmeyer Shoes!

This is quite simply the best shoe store in the TC area. If you have hard-to-fit feet or are just looking for a hard-to-find style to try on then head for this store and save time and money. They are worth the trip. No one else is even close. Called every store in the TC looking for shoes and none--zero--had my size. This store had six shoes to try. If you are tired of twenty-somethings at some mall store more interested in playing with their phones than serving customers then come to this store because the people here know their shoes and know the meaning of service. If you think you might get a better deal online, remember you could end up with factory seconds, knock-offs, or rejects and then have to send them back or sit on hold with customer service in Timbuktu. These people stand behind what they sell. In these days that is priceless.

They're absolutely amazing. I went in kind of close to closing time with no idea other than I need shoes that made it to where walking wasn't as painful. And the man there was incredibly helpful and helped me get a cheaper pair. He even complimented my socks.

The best shoe and boot store. They have Red Wing boots, New Balance, Keen shoes and more. They also do repairs and orthodox. Brian and the crew are knowledgeable, friendly, fast. I highly recommend them for all feet needs.
