“We recently visited Ashley Furniture and furniture Mart of Medford, Mn. We had an idea of what we wanted but realized once we got there it wasnt going to be as easy as we thought. Our sales person Kaci, not only treated us with the utmost respect, she also was extremely knowledgable about the products she was selling. Even know they work on a commission, at no point did she ever presure us, or try and sell us something that we didn't need. She did offer us a protection package, however because we got rid of our T-rex we didnt find a need for it. Joking of course .... no t-rex.
Kaci and the manager Allan had informed me that some of the pieces of furniture we ordered were backordered and that it may be a few weeks. I was a bit disappointed that I would not get everything right away but was still extremely happy with how I had been treated so far and kind of just went with it. Early this morning (1 day after purchase) I received a call from Allan Kaci's manager, letting me know they did some hunting at their other locations and found the backordered peice we would have been waiting on. They didnt just place the bar they set it as well! Other places will have to jump really high to beat our experience with Ashly, and Furniture Mart. Thank you to Kaci and Allan for a great shopping experience!”

Went there yesterday in search of a box spring. They had several options and the price was much cheaper than their competitors for the item we purchased. Their other products pricing was very competitive!

When we got the box home we noticed that the product was damaged by the manufacturer. We called them back and they were willing to go to great lengths to make it right. We ended up going back in and they were able to replace the part that was broke. She even felt so bad about the inconvenience that she gave us a free set of very nice sheets!”

“This place is really decent with great customer service and deserves more than three stars. Ok so yeah a lot of their stuff is over priced like clothes and some electronics but it seems like the other half of their inventory is fair. It's an ideal place to get essential necessities like towels, shampoo, razors, pizza, granola bars, and deodorant for instance. You just have to be careful in there because it will suck the money from your soul if you procrastinate in there too long. ‍”

“Target offers a wide range of products including skin care, clothing, shoes, pet supplies, storage bins, vacuums, college school supplies, electronics, makeup, home and garden items, small travel size options for travel or on the go items, and toys. I will also note that they do have a pharmacy located near the side of the store next to the medicines, heating pads--ect. It makes it easier if you're waiting for your meds to shop for other necessities that might come in handy.
The store is well-organized and clean, with a Starbucks located inside.
Returns and exchanges are now conveniently located at the front of the store, ensuring a fast and efficient process. The drive-up service has improved, with the staff being respectful and attentive. While there were a few instances of mishandled bags in the past, this issue has been resolved for over 4-6 months. Recently, the staff has been particularly friendly and engaging, making my husband and I feel welcomed and valued as customers. We don't feel judged and nobody glares at him for having a disability.
I'm hoping more people will change there reviews from 1-2 stars to higher. Or maybe even others here in town will realize this particular target has changed since they updated things and moved things around. I really do believe target has changed and is trying to be more efficient and make more of an effort for things to become easier for us as customers. I really do love drive up orders now. Everything has seemed to change drastically for the better. Just my observations and opinions though!
Also another great side note; there seems to be lots more parking in the front of the store now since they moved drive up! Prices seem fair, and the food seems fresh (on the grocery side of the store). I always love picking up the Caeser salads and milk they have there. The fresh fruits and veggies, and salads they sell here at this target always taste better than any other grocery stores around the area.”
