The customer service leaves a little to be desired. I have been waited on twice by the same woman and both times she seemed irritated by my timing i guess . I am not sure why exactly though . The store is open till 8:00 so I am not sure why there is a problem with me coming to the store at 7:45 ? The other employees that i have had interactions with were very nice and had no issue with what time i was there . Maybe she should work mornings or early afternoons if she is in that big of a hurry to get out of there . Being annoyed with your customers is not a good way to maķe them want to come back to your store . Just an idea .

My dog is very anxious because of her previous home life and Sadie treated her so well. She was so kind and my dog warmed up to her super fast. I was very pleased with Sadie’s work both on the grooming and just how she treated my dog in general. She is a fantastic dog groomer and the only one I will be using

Erin, Sadie and Onna were great!! Brought my dog for a groom today at 11 and the dog before me was misbehaving so they were behind, I was politely informed the situation and it might take longer than expected, Even after that dog they were awesome, kind and my dog loved them 100% recommend these girls for all your dog needs

Petsmart Faribault is so unprofessional and RIPPED me off today! 0 stars I brought my dog in there for the first and LAST time! Sadie, who was friendly at first, groomed my dog. I booked online for $58 and agreed to nail buffing if necessary for another $15 when I got there. When I went to get my dog 4 HOURS later, I was sent to pay the bill at the register and I was charged $ 111.67. I told the casher {the extremely unprofessional one} the amount is wrong she threw up her arms and told me "I don't know, I'm just a cashier" go talk to the groomer! The groomer decided without telling me anything upfront, to re-evaluate my dogs breed after she has been groomed there for 10 years at a different PETSMART. Who is she to change my dogs breed so she can charge more money. Her haircut looks like it always looks. So that change was an extra $11 for that, then she had to charge for extra service fee of $10 plus another$10 to scissor cut the dogs legs. No reason for that! NO ONE has ever told me they had to do that because she wouldn't hold still! So without EVER calling me upfront in the 4 hours that she had my dog she just did it.{so she said} An extra $31!!! I have been going to PETSMART for years and no one has ever charged me more than $58 and they have always told me how good the dog was! I guess Sadie thinks she's worth way more than everyone else. I went out to my car furious and called the store and got the asst manager. I explained what happened and he checked and called me back with all the excuses as to why she did the charges and finally credited me $21 not $31 ?? Really? I tried to explain to him that these extra add on fees NEED to be discussed upfront and you just can't blindside someone like this. I explained that I didn't authorize these fees and that wasn't right. That's a big difference between what I told I was going to pay. I wish I would have refused to pay on the spot but I was shocked by the bill and shocked by the unhelpful ding a ling at the register! Sadie doesn't need to worry I won't be back ever into that store , not even for a bag of dog treats. Shame on Faribault Petsmart! Keep up this kind of behavior and you'll soon be out of business as people aren't going to come back. I'm going to talk to the Corp. customer service people and it sure isn't about the $10. It's about assuming you can charge anything you want without informing the customer FIRST so they can make a discission whether they want you to go ahead with the service or not!

Great place to take my pups for nail trims and Sadie always helps keep my dogs calm and relaxed. My Jack Russell gets a bit grumpy when anyone touches his paws but she keeps him happy and distracted :)

I wouldn’t trust anyone but Sadie to groom my dog. She pays close attention to detail, and treats my dog like her own. I drive over an hour to come to this location just for Sadie! (Picture of my boy taking a nap after his last groom )

I absolutely love bringing my dogs to petsmart to get groomed by Sadie she dose amazing with them everytime I bring my 4 dogs there ? I wish I could post a picture of porter from today but I don't know how! ? but he looks perfect ?

Love Sadie and every grooming experience I've ever had with her. I came here just for her services. She has been kind to and had patience with every person and animal I've ever seen her interact with. She treats my boy just like he was hers with all the love of someone who really cares. She's a wonderful person who deserves respect amd kindness from the people she helps. I've always been treated well by the other employees here as well and always leave knowing I've been taken care of by good people.

There isnt a rating negative enough to match what PetSmart Grooming- Faribault deserves. For the past year & a half I have been taking my dog to PetSmart Grooming in Faribault. Recently I have noticed less friendly interactions, my dog being afraid to get out of the car for her appts (new onset) and most recently they really messed up her haircut and nail trim. When I returned to have her haircut fixed (per managers request) the groomer Sadie, was very hostile, rude, & aggressively handled my dog to the point she was whimpering. I was spoken to disrespectfully and told if I didn't like the services or how my dog was treated then my dog and I weren't welcome and should go elsewhere (which at this point I already planned to do). I have never complained before and the manager even called Sadie out because the haircut she said she gave & supposedly did correctly was actually different than the haircut services she had documented she did on the day of the appt (2 days prior). So if your pet means anything to you, stay away from Sadie & Petsmart because the corporation supports groomers like Sadie who will aggressively handle your dog, provide horrible grooming services, tell different stories about the services they provided, and treat you & your dog like you're nothing but a number!!

Very inconsistent with their appointments. Took my dog in 20 minutes prior to the appointment and was told to come back at appointment time. (1:00) Took my dog back and was told to come back at 2. Returned at two and was told to come back at 3. My dog was so nervous at 3 that a grooming was not good for my dog.
Will never return to Petsmart in Faribault. This occurred 2023 summer season.

when you call to make an appointment they tell you that it’s walk-in only. then you walk in after driving 40 minutes they tell you It’s a 20 minute wait. You come back after 20 minutes she then tells you she has a 75 pound weight restriction?? Why didn’t you tell me that 20 minutes ago then tells me I should’ve called you only do walk-ins. Why would I call to make an appointment? Waste of my time, effort, and patience!
