“Four lanes going in to guard shack. Appointment 1 am, arrived 12:30 am and took about 40 minutes to get checked in. They give you a sheet to fill out. When you reach front of line go in guard shack. Immediately given a door. Break seal, open doors. Plenty of room. Once backed in take bills and paperwork to hut located between doors 83 & 84. At window give paperwork and bills and they will text you a link for lumper fee. Once paid, return to truck. They had already started unloading me when I got back. They will call once unloaded and you return to hut for bills. Leave doors open so guard can make sure you’re empty before leaving at guard shack. No key fob or going in warehouse like other reviews stated. Maybe something new. This was Nov 7 2025”
