All the good employees are gone and they close early now… guess Autozone doesn’t like money anymore ?♂️ Apparently uniforms are optional now, went in the other day and got helped by some young kid wearing a tshirt instead of the Autozone uniform… Corporate should probably check on this store a bit more often.

I had a problem with my car and all the dash lights on like a Christmas tree. I walked inside and asked if they could help. One of the employees said they can scan the computer codes to see what was going on. They recommended a part and told.me how to complete the simple install. I installed a mass airflow sensor.

I just wanted to give Jacob a shout out! I'm so grateful for his help, kindness and patience today. I was stressed out but he was cool, calm and collected the whole time. He helped me buy compact jumper for my battery, gave me a military discount. Graciously checked my battery for me which was low, then I went back inside a 3rd time because my battery died! He showed me how to use my new purchase, gave me a jump and explained why autozone couldn't help me out with a new battery because I have a Nissan. He told me to hurry along before my battery died again but I was able to make it to my dealership before they closed. Mind you He walked back and forth with me in and out the store in the rain ?

Bad service experience. Went to return something i ordered wrong from online. Unopened shipping box. He said I needed the receiot. Okay, showed him order confirmation. He said no I need receipt and they would have emailed it to me. Okay nothing in email. Check my online account . Only order confirmation. He tried to shoo me away without adding any more thoughts or solutions. Went through my online account. Checked my paypal nothing. I asked could it be in the shipping box? He looks at me blankly. Im like screw it. opened the shipping box, theres a receipt in there. Hand him receipt and get a refund. I GET you have processes and rules but have some sort of customer service.

Awesome service at the counter, but the markup on any detailing product is jaw-dropping which makes me never want to go in to auto part stores.I wish them well.

Rude service,Website states that they cut keys. Employee states they never have. So which is it Autozone ?
