We're getting a new puppy and I had no idea what I needed to get for her. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I got everything I needed thanks to them. I'd like to give a special thank to Clayton who took his time to help me out! You're the best, Clayton!

Would give more than 5 stars if I could… No doubt! Jason his name was , having a positive attitude and being eager to help when working with a customer. Came in several times in here and was very satisfied with the help of every one I would ask for help in here. Not just one person, but most of people are always helpful and friendly. A shoutout also to management who for sure hire people who prioritize customer service and employees are knowledgeable in what they do. Jason , you rock … all of you, actually ! Bad customer service. “Denied” scheduling my pets grooming appointment because I had covid and was not able to bring her in the last time I made her an appointment and forgot to cancel. I have brought my pets here numerous times and it rubs me the wrong way when i spend hundred at Petsmart monthly. Never shopping at petsmart ever again. Thanks Forest lake pet smart! Definitely will let my job Banfield know about your service.

Specifically went here for a plecostomus, and Kuhli and black loaches for my son's small tank. They only had one kind of plecostomus which we did buy, they were out of all of their loaches. We also bought a betta here as well which passed away within 3 days, and while they have a 14-day return the store is 45 minutes away from home and we didn't have time to go back because we were getting ready for bringing my 7 year old son in for high dose chemo. The associate said that they hadn't been able to feel all of the orders they put in recently. But she did refer us to another store, which has an amazing selection. My son enjoyed seeing all of the cats up for adoption, as well as the lizards, scorpions, and tarantulas. The prices on equipment are also higher than other pet supply stores in the area. Would come here again, but would definitely shop around for other options.

Friendly staff that are willing to help and answer questions as needed. Clean, well stocked store with tons of options for your pets. Leashed pets are welcome to shop with you. Prices are reasonable.

We come here for regular grooming of our long coat German Shepherd dog. Service is always very friendly. Dog toys are typically very overpriced, but occasionally, they have a fun themed batch like Stars Wars or neutral colors.They have a nice selection of betta fish. I keep one in a kitchen vase with some rocks and Ivy plant stem snippets. (They typically live 1-2 years.)They recently added some "Nate + Jeremiah" VERY STYLISH lighting and aquarium decor for rodents and reptiles. (See pics.) The neutral ivory, charcoal, rust, and black color scheme with fresh greenery and gold metal, jute rope, and caramel faux leather textures looked gorgeous! It made me want to get a gecko or chinchilla, but they didn't have any.
