I treat the employees with respect, so I never have had any complaints or issues with them. If something difficult happens, either I made a mistake, or needed to contact my insurance/provider. “Forest Lake, MN, Walgreens has always worked just fine for me. The drive-through pickup is convenient. My calls to them have been answered right away or with minimal delay. Once they even went back over old video of a prescription being filled when I questioned getting all the bottles I should have received; turned out to be my mistake. Any delays in filling a prescription have always been problems with my doctor writing a new presciption. The online prescription filling service has always worked fine as well. I do feel sorry for the pharmacists as their job demands have to be extraordinary dealing with accurately filling prescriptions, people always lined up at the counter and drive-through plus the phone ringing.”
