I've been going to this UPS store in Forest Lake for about 3 years now, and have only had one bad encounter. Every other time (likely 80+ visits) they've been friendly and fast. Love my local UPS store!

Great service each time I'm there! The only thing that would make it even better is if both Amazon QR code readers for returns worked. It's usually just one of them that's working. But other than that small issue, it's a good store!
