“Derrian was a phenomenal help with processing my family's passport applications at the Forest Lake USPS, even directing me to the nearby government center to get my official birth certificate before coming back to complete the process. He answered all my questions and concerns. Phenomenal customer service!”

“I've been going to this UPS store in Forest Lake for about 3 years now, and have only had one bad encounter. Every other time (likely 80+ visits) they've been friendly and fast. Love my local UPS store!”
