The customer service at this store is amazing!! They go out of their way to meet customer needs in ways that demonstrate note just competency, but attentiveness to the needs that may be beyond normal shipping and receiving. We take a lot for granted, but when you run into an issue and a business listens and solves that problem, you know they are truly customer centered. Has to be the friendliest and most helpful UPS store / shipping store I have ever been in! Woman was extremely kind and guided me through the entire process and explained the steps thoroughly!

Redheaded gal wanted to know what i was shipping like it was anything of her business. I told her it's was a spring for a reloader, that came to me UPS. She said they don't ship firearm related parts. Shipped at a different location who said she was wrong!

I have mistakenly gone to this place a few times. The customer service is not up to par. You can go in there to show them what your shipping and they will literally charge you for taping the lid of the box shut. I will happily drive all the way to Maplewood or Roseville just to ensure I do not use this facility.

This place is very efficient. The young man behind the counter got our stuff packed and ready to ship very quickly . He even advised us to keep the receipt for a year because they have had trouble before with this company. He got done so fast it surprised me. Highly recommend!!!!

This store is convenient for Amazon returns but my last visit will be my last. The employees were arguing/yelling each other, having a heated discussion about hot political topics with multiple customers in the store. One employee even made a comment about someone being a Nazi. It was very uncomfortable and incredibly unprofessional.
