“We were traveling while on vacation up north when a check engine light came on in our car. We were able to exit into Melrose and stop at Melrose 1 stop. One of their employees was able to come out and quickly connect their diagnostic machine to the car to explain what the codes were and how to safely get to our destination. I appreciate that he took the time to explain our options so close to their close time. If we have issues again and are near Melrose, we know we can stop there for help!”
