Opening hours are not accurate. Online it shows open on Sundays. I was the Sunday around 1pm to pick and order and it was closed. Also I had been waiting for my order to be processed and I haven heard anything from them.

Kevin is awesome. My wife and I stopped into the store today as we had alot of questions s with no answers after swapping over to at&t at a target the rep from target left out alot of details and options that would of been available to us from the get go but I've learned they don't give you all the Info nor the actual pricing as it wasn't a simple $160. Definitely would recommend the store and Kevin is awesome taking the time to explain our options and such. Even added our youngest son to the plan which we weren't goi g to originally but with the honesty and time given we didn't see why to wait

Theo and Sammie , at the ATT in Fridley ,were absolutely amazing! I came in to add a line to my account. Unsure of the process I had a ton of questions and they were patient and answered every single one. Helped with the details of price break down, insurance , accessories for my phone as well as verifying my employee account for my job. I immensely appreciate all the work they did to make this a smooth experience for me, as I am easily overwhelmed

AT&T is going to see me in there today because my phone is still on SOS mode and it’s 8:50 in the morning and I can’t make no calls and I’m not paying no $200 a month for service I can’t use I have a child that’s about to have surgery tomorrow I got another child that’s missing right now possibly dead I need my phone service and I’m not paying $200 a month for this service that I can’t use Y’all got me messed up so I’ll see you at the store today and I want a full refund because this is ridiculous

I was in the store for less than 2 minutes and the music playing was very offensive. In the time I was there the so-called song used the “ f” word 5 times. I left and went to an other store to get my questions.

My Galaxy S10 was nearing the end of its life and I tried to do an online help but that person did not provide the right information. So I went to the store at central ave. Bryant was assisting me. He was so polite and patient. He went through the current deal with Samsung, walked me through step by step. He set up my phone, did all the data transfer, even put on the case and screen protector for me. My gosh, he saved me a lot of stress. He deserves a raise! I'm so glad he was there to help. I mentioned that him helping was so much better than going online. I will definitely go back to the store if I have more issues. Thank you Bryant!

I went to a different location (St. Anthony) to pre-order the Pixel 8 Pro and transfer services to AT&T, but was basically turned away by the guy there (Mark). I came to this location, and the manager Sammie went wayyyy above and beyond to not only pre-order the phones but also hook me up with the best deals possible. I was seriously about to pull my hair out of frustration from trying to do the process myself initially online and because of my bad experience with the St. Anthony store. But then Sammie made the whole process so seamless and easy at this location, even with my complex situation. I could quite literally worship the ground that Sammie walks on; I was so happy with her customer service and highly impressed with her multi-tasking and people skills. She deserves the world and more for all the effort she puts in to helping customers.

So I've been dealing with Sammie and she is amazing.I left my phone in a Lyft in August. The driver did not respond for 2 days, so I reported the phone lost/stolen. Asurion said they would send out a new one right away and all I needed to do was activate it, and pay the $250 deductible attached to the regular bill.However, we currently live in an extended stay hotel, and the package, while delivered to the front desk, did not get delivered to us. The Lyft driver finally brought my old phone back after 4 days, but now it was blacklisted from the network and now Asurion refused to send another out. So we headed to the AT&T store, and met Sammie.Sammie understood the situation immediately, and un-blocked my old phone. Unfortunately, it locked again almost immediately, so Sammie went to bat for us with Asurion.It took a month, a loaner phone, a staff member at the hotel finally finding the new phone Asurion had sent a month later, and several visits with Sammie, but the situation is finally resolved. She even helped us make Asurion keep their word about waiving the deductible since the whole situation was so much hassle.TL;DR: Cannot recommend Sammie highly enough. 10/10

The manager Sammie was incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and quick. I will be going to this AT&T store from now on! A+ service, cannot recommend enough.
