“I ordered some lawn care stuff online so I could pick it up. At first a little confused. Went in store employees were very helpful! Told me where to go, offered help getting the stuff in my car. I loved it especially when the prices were great too!”

“Great place. Big, spacious and has a variety of items that change constantly. The shop people are always helpful and pretty cherry. If you need furniture, paint, building materials, lighting, etc - it's a good way to help your community and find a treasure. Donating is easy also. Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible on the west side of the building.”

“There is so much in this store including frozen pizza, paint, household tools, bathroom everything and lots of candy and outdoor furniture. Great garden center however only orange marigolds-no other colors. Lumber selection is huge with a lot onsite.”
“I was looking for a cheap durable rake, this one telescopes and sometimes it loosens on its own while your taking. Its cheaper than home depot, and worked great for raking peanut shells into a pile on my front lawn. I filled a 13 gallon garbage bag full of peanut shells. The rake does have 2 spots of plastic sorta wells on it that appear to be slots for putting screws thru to make the Assembly more durable i think. I could be wrong though. Still a big width tined rake for under 10 bucks he'll yeah. I had to rake up the peanuts because it was quite frankly an eye sore. Here's a photo of the rake I still havent put any screws thru the spots I suspect are for increasing longevity of the assembled pieces.”
“I echo a lot of what the other reviews would say. This is a nicely kept store with good management. They are friendly to people and have good sales. I appreciate the appliance deals they have as we are moving soon and got a deal on a new washer dryer combo. Coming back soon to get some new gardening equipment for the summer!”
“Bought a laundry tub faucet online and tried to install it, but it did not fit the copper water lines which fit my current one. Tried to return it, but it was past the 90 day return period. Lowes refused to take a brand new item back as it was past the 90 days. No offer of store credit. All they would have had to do was give me store credit which would retain me as a customer and put the item back on the shelf. Given their refusal, I will never shop at Lowes again. Never believed it would not fit and should have known about the 90 return period, but stores who really want your business will do things to keep you as a customer. Not Lowes. Again, will never go back!!
Lowes responded, as you can see, and I called their customer service number. They changed the return time frame on this one item to one year. I went into Lowes and told them I tried to return the faucet and was told I could not. I showed them the review and that customer service changed the timeframe from 3 months to one year. They took my item back! I told them that they saved a customer and that I will be back to their store in the future. I will just be very careful about their return policy timeframe. Thank you Lowes for the your understanding and one time change on your return policy! The star rating went from 1 to 5.”
“Amazing store!! First time in one of these stores! Just moved to MN and this is my new favorite place to shop and walk around when im bored! So much to look at and friendly staff except for this one blonde manager lady. She needed to put a code in or something at the register when I was checking out, she was rude dang near pushed me out of the way and pushed stuff onto the floor and walked away! I will not be nice to this employee and next time I see her behaving like that I will update this post.”

The order was deep in a palette right off a truck from Wisconsin,& she had her team dig into that palette to retrieve my package, to save me needing to make another trip there tomorrow! Highly appreciated, as the ? construction on the freeway nearby makes coming here more challenging these days. I always love Menards, & tonight was extra-pleasant.”

“I was looking at security flood lights and an employee stopped to ask if I had any questions, which was great because a lot of times you have to hunt down employees to get help.”
“I had a really good experience walked in just window shopping looking at tool carts to maximize storage in my garage etc Derek came by helped give me some info on products and inventory ended up finding a good deal on a kobalt it was priced at $199 but they had none in stock with an approval of a manager they were able to sell me the floor model which was awesome bc I didn’t have to assemble it or anything just roll and go. I got to the checkout and scanned the barcode it went to $249 the same manager came over and said the price was mis matched and he said they will honor the $199. I paid for it when I went to load it a cart guy Keith was helpful in helping me load it into my SUV I definitely recommend shopping at this location”
“We had a great experience with the Home Depot flooring department! We layed carpet in our entire house. The guy came out and measured, talked to me about his recommendations, and was on his way again. I decided to go in to pay instead of online (pay before the installation) so nothing got miscommunicated. You can do either option. The 3rd party installation guys were prompt and professional. I didnt even know Home Dept did carpeting until someone referred them to me. Word of mouth is powerful, so now its my turn. Home Depot is a quick, easy and affordable place to get carpet installed!”
