I have lived at this property for several years. This morning the sink was backed up with dirty water. I called emergency maintenance at 5:30am and in two hours, Dao was at my unit to work on it. I appreciate the quick turnaround on this maintenance emergency.

I live on the 3rd floor and my a/c wasn’t working. I put in a ticket before bed and my a/c was replaced before I got home from work the next day. Super fast and efficient. It’s going to be 95 this weekend so thank you Reid & Jason for the fast response. This was back in the beginning of summer
