“I have been living here over 10 years. I love the location, staff are very accommodating and sure the place is old but they work hard to maintain property. I have had no problems with neighbors and nothing stolen or broken.
One thing that does sadden me is how people choose to dispose of trash. The management team and property keep trying to keep it clean but that's up to the residents to take pride on where they live.
Springbrook has been a wonderful place to call home and I continue to do so 10 plus years now.”

“We love our apartment at The Lyric! The modern, spacious unit is filled with light from the large windows. The amenities are well maintained and management is kind and responsive. My only complaint is the hot tub was under maintenance several times over the summer but when it is running, the experience from the rooftop is amazing.”
“The team at Murals is one of, if not the most helpful and kind people I’ve dealt with when it comes to apartment buildings. Savannah and Taylor are such sweet girls and always help with anything that pertains to our apartment and the community inside. The maintenance crew always comes in a timely manner and have fixed everything from lightbulbs to patio doors and fire alarms that are broken. There’s tons of restaurants in walking distance, the greenway next to us for commuting and taking strolls with your dogs and family. It’s relatively safe (we have a toddler and dog and have never felt unsafe here) but with any city there’s the possibility of running into some characters, just keep your wits about you. I recommend anyone needing a new place or their family needing a place to apply. It’s the best place to live in close to the city in my opinion!”
“We move quite often and we have lived in so many different places. But Odin felt right from the very first moment. We could not have chosen a better place for us and our two little dogs. The amenities are fantastic and the location is perfect. But the best part of this is the people who live and work in the building.

“I loved living at 3020! The quality was exceptional. Everything in the apartment was updated, my (corner) unit was very spacious with beautiful natural lighting, things were quiet and safe, and Dan was a wonderful landlord. Maintenance requests were answered very quickly, and he's always pleasant to interact with. Going from this apartment complex to a larger one where management is in charge of three buildings especially made me appreciate how 3020 was managed/maintained. If I hadn't relocated out of the cities, I definitely would have re-signed. Thank you Dan!”

“Love living here! The maintenance crew is very responsive, fast, and friendly, as are the kind folks at the front desk! Access to the Greenway and proximity to the lakes is amazing. Wonderful place for dogs! Great community of dog owners, a nice park for the dogs, and numerous clean-up stations around the property. Just be sure to get a draft blocker for your door— the bottom gap is pretty wide, so sound bleeds easily. The parking situation can be awful due to the high volumes of cars between all the Bigos properties in the neighborhood being able to park in the attached lot— particularly bad during construction season! Be prepared to walk up to a quarter mile in high demand parking times. You can get a garage parking spot, but it’s a bit pricey and you may have to be on a waitlist. Overall, a great place to live, but makes me wish I didn’t need a car.”
“The staff (APM, PM, Maintenance staff, custodial staff) all are Amazing! Professional, courteous, respectful, and always do their best to be supportive. If I could, I would absolutely stay here forever!! To anyone new, this is the best location, it is clean and pet-friendly! Highly recommend it!!”

“I lived here a little over a year, and I'm giving this place a solid 5 because it is so affordable and really is a great value. By affordable, I mean actually really affordable. $1100/ mo for a 2 bedroom. In Osseo. For the area, that is amazing.
You're right in Osseo, so you're right next to everything. Short drive to Maple Grove, Champlin, freeway access, parks, shopping. Osseo even has a little grocery store. It's a superb location.
The community is diverse, and there's a really strong sense of community among the long-time residents. Some of these people have lived there decades, and one person's lived there since childhood.
These are older buildings, and so there's just going to be some issues there, but any time there was something wrong in my unit maintenance was extremely responsive, fixing it usually within a day or so.
There are some expected issues with such a small price tag. There's trash littering the grounds, and the neighboring complex of gray buildings add to this with their overflowing dumpsters. The common areas of the building I lived in are filthy. There's some noise issues from people's stereos/TVs and playing loud music in their cars. This tended to be newer residents who stopped the first time someone called the cops. There's some issues with the parking lots overcrowding and people letting their friends store their cars there. They don't allow pets, but they do allow smoking. You can smell it in the hallways of the buildings, but my unit mostly stayed pretty odor free.
The cops seemed to patrol the area a lot, but there was relatively little crime that I'm aware of, and it's definitely a safe place to walk around by yourself at night.
One thing I would advise is that if you have frequent insomnia or are a really light sleeper, you might want to make sure you're on the 3rd floor or consider other options because of how much the floors squeak. I would have probably stayed another year or two if it hadn't been for this issue.”

“This is a great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful, quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are great and rarely crowded and the pool area is beautiful. I love the convenience of the location parking garages. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails.”

“Me and my husband lived here for almost three years. We just recently moved out after buying our first home. We would highly recommend. Cannot beat the location! We loved being able to take our dog on walks around the ample walking paths right outside our door. It is surrounded by all the grocery stores one would need along with being surrounded by amazing food! Park Tavern, Wok in the Park, Mexican City Cafe, Britos Burrito, Ariana Kabob & Gyro, and Angel Food were among our favorites and all were within walking distance or a short few minute drive. Our place was just what we needed. Having a garage is so nice that many apartments in the area don't provide. Overall such a great experience and would highly recommend this complex to anyone!”
“I have been living here for the past 4 years, and it's been great. Very quiet, great quality apartments with a nice modern look, and all the neighbors I've actually encountered and spoke to are extremely nice.
The landlords/leasing management have all been extremely professional. If you need anything fixed, just make a simple phone call and someone will be there within a day/week depending on what it is. They even have an emergency maintenance line that will get you in contact with someone when you need it. They are also non-intrusive and value your privacy, as whenever something needs to be checked in the room (for general fire safety/maintenance related activity, which barely ever happens) they let you know with plenty of time in advance.
I can't say I've smelled any smoke in the hallways or anything like that, maybe after a tenant just got done with their smoke break outside, but I wouldn't consider that atypical of anywhere else and this has otherwise been a great and safe place to live for the past 4 years.
The amenities are wonderful, with a big park outside to walk your smaller pets, patio with a grill, covered and HEATED parking, a shuffleboard table, flex/conference rooms as well as a big event room for gatherings, and an indoor gym. All utilities are covered other than electricity which you just pay through xcel (and internet/cable of course).
Overall, it's been a great place to live, and although I plan on purchasing my own home when the market becomes a bit more favorable, I would consider it a great time spent as I move on with the next chapter of life.”

At various times during the work he updated me about his progress and the time requirements to complete the job. He seems to be a cheerful, trustworthy service team member. ⁰”
