She was friendly and polite. It was obvious that she enjoys her job, and wasn't annoyed with my not knowing what to do. Not only did she activate my new phone and get my number activated, but she helped me get all my stuff downloaded from my old phone on to my new one, within a matter of minutes. She made sure I got a replacement through the warranty on the phone!! Several times I had to go back and she was WONDERFUL!! IF You're going to buy a Cricket phone and you need to have your Cricket phone looked at or have questions go to this Cricket Store in Coon Rapids, located by the Walmart Store!! “My Galaxy S10 was nearing the end of its life and I tried to do an online help but that person did not provide the right information. So I went to the store at central ave. Bryant was assisting me. He was so polite and patient. He went through the current deal with Samsung, walked me through step by step. He set up my phone, did all the data transfer, even put on the case and screen protector for me. My gosh, he saved me a lot of stress. He deserves a raise! I'm so glad he was there to help.
