“The customer service is what really sets this place apart. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They are always happy to answer questions, give great recommendations, and make you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. The shop is clean, organized, and has a great, welcoming atmosphere.
Highly recommended!”
“I was traveling from Tucson to Duluth Mn. last week and stopped to check out their line of Kratom. I'm VERY glad I did. They have the BEST Kratom on the market! I know. because I've been using Kratom for (4) years for arthritis pain. Red Bali is what I use. The Red Bali they sell is much more efficient than the stuff I've used!!!! Do yourself a favor and stop at Central Tobacco! They are carrying ALL the different types of Kratom!”
“This is my favorite smoke shop in the entire downtown Twin cities area! They have amazing workers, especially Black with the dreads! Great knowledge and great prices! Highly recommend!”
“The staff is so friendly and helpful. It's been YEARS since I'd tried anything containing THC, and these guys haven't steered me wrong yet. All I have to do is tell them what effects I'm looking for, and they put the right product in my hands.”
“Absolutely amazing experience, great stock, Tristan went above and beyond to check and make sure my piece had a color I liked. Excellent customer service. After trying three other shops, I'm glad I found what I needed!!”
“Absolutely incredible, they have everything you need and want. The owners and employees are for the people. I don't shop anywhere else even if I have to make a long trip!
I highly suggest making this store your number one. Good music, fresh clean air, can't find a better store.”
“The best smoke shop I have ever been to Randy is always the man always giving good deals and great customer service Will literally never go to another smoke shop again”
“Super nice place. Everyone I've interacted with there has been super friendly, their stock is varied, and they always have what I'm looking for. Its my number one place to go for my tobacco needs.”
“Love this shop! Great location & product selection. Awesome staff that are very helpful. Only tobacco store that carries my favorite cigar and I have checked all of them. 🤎 HIGHly recommend!”
“As I pulled into the reserved parking space, I was greeted by Z.W. with a friendly smile, wave & hello! I was having a problem with my foot & couldn’t get my flip flop on to go inside. Z.W. noticed, came out to my car & processed my purchase for me without having to leave my car! As always, he knew exactly what I wanted! Now that’s what I call top notch service! Thank you so much!!! ?”
“This is an excellent clean store. The area may be a little rough but the staff are friendly I feel safe. Cheap soft drinks and cool selection of interesting products. I would come again. Jay was the bomb and I'll come back again.”
“*****TOP NOTCH***** Smoke has one the greatest selections of cigars I’ve seen in the Midwest let alone Minnesota. The staff make you feel like you’re coming to a buddies house . I’ve shopped there so much I consider Omar & Tino family. Yeah they have changed the way I look for good cigars and point me to great cigars. Also hooks me up with a few CBD products for my sleeping.”
“This store has everything you could ever want for vapes, kratom, and thc products. The owner is really nice and accomodating. The best part is its one of the only stores in the area that are open until 11pm. Great job and cant wait to come back.”
“I stopped here last weekend, and David was one of the most kind, pleasant, and helpful persons I’ve ever spoken with. “Just remember, NO question is a dumb question, stop in or call anytime with any question whatsoever!”
A true gentleman & a gem of a human being! Highly recommend this shop.”
“Love this place.
Everything from your typical high end local glass shop (meaning local artists, custom pieces, you know) custom jewelry, a variety of very unique amd inspiring art, and some really great quality custom design clothes. It seems the inventory is consistently being sold and replaced so in my experience, worth checking even a couple times a month. Oneday you go in, nothing, thats when I always make a point to check a few days later, cause you and I both KNOW its coming, lol, this is Clown its been that way for YEARS. Some beautiful pieces roll through there. In all the shops in minneappolis or even like the greater minnesota for that thought id say, no doubt, 100% my fave. Plus like some great food in the area makes a double whammy.. 100 % Do recommend, will do again
.”
“Best Smoke Shop in the Cities! Been going here for years now, I have never had a problem! They have the best selection & have vapes that I can’t find anywhere else.Highly recommend them to everyone in my network!! The owner & employees are great guys”
“We had such a great experience with Total Wine for our wedding! The free consultation was super fun — we got to taste-test different options and received a personalized list with exactly what to buy and how much. It made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Being able to return any unopened bottles afterward was a huge bonus. Highly recommend for anyone planning an event!”
“Decided to give this smoke shop a try after my usual spot was unexpected closed. Definitely will be coming back if I ever need a backup again and might even replace my primary stop given it's closer and a bit cheaper. The employee was very polite and knowledgeable about the products, helping me get the best bang for my buck when it came to the product I was looking for, offering insight about brands. In addition to tobacco, from raw leaves to vapes, they also have a massive water pipe collection, as well as THC edibles and drinks, as well as accessories that go along with that like cleaner for your body and pipe. Anything legal high you might be looking for, they'll have. The entire store, despite being carpeted, was incredibly clean and opening early at 8am is the cherry on top. They also have a loyalty discount program.”
“The guys here are very cool. I like the vibes when I walk in the store. They hook it up with a complimentary sodapop if your purchase is more than like $10. I would recommend this place to anyone.”
“Sam at the location in New Brighton on county road e is always friendly and really knows his way around customer service. Always a good experience, I go here religiously for my vape needs.”
“The guy working was a gem, The prices are the best I've literally ever seen anywhere. And a huge selection, if you want it they definitely have it. Absolutely worth making the drive for the price. And the atmospheres much better than you get anywhere in the cities.”
“Adam is The Man. He keeps a nice store & It’s well stocked. There is plenty of parking and he is generous with his pricing. If you care about any of that come visit this place.
ZaaMa is very polite and courteous, and always ready to help”
“Great customer service and great price. They are always friendly and know their products. My go to vape shop. Plus, I have a crush on one of the guy there. Finding excuses to stop by ??”
“Big selection, bought out the rest of the vape juice loon unfortunately decided to discontinue. This place still had it in stock. They were helpful and informative and the prices were competitive without a doubt”
“The girl with the glasses is so freaking kind and helpful. I left feeling so happy! She deserves a million raises. She deserves to own that store. I will forever go here until I die or move out of MN. Whichever happens first.”
“Been here quite a few times for goods. Most recently went to pick up fluid and there was even a cute dog roaming the store that was nice as can be. Not to mention the staff were kind as always. If I get to see that cute puppers again, this may be my new regular place. :)”
“The staff here have a great attitude, good vibes and great culture here! I love it! we need more folks that bring camaraderie like this I would give more stars if I could 10/10 business?”

“It's located in my neighborhood, convenient to where I can walk to. Great place to shop for tobacco products and smoking accessories. With the recent changes in purchasing certain hemp products, not that stocked with items that a person may want to purchase.”

“The only place I go. Not creepy at all. Best part - only store that always has a sale table. I shouldn't say. Friendly Arab folks who speak good english and have exciting stories from the Middle East. One of them was petroleum engineer in Egypt.”
