“Bought a 2 batteries for a cart, & one was broke. Called to ask if they do returns on them & they said no yet I could use it toward other products. Find by me…would recommend. The cart was from island Pezi…it’s okay for hemp derived carts.”
“Always really nice to me. Today he let me exchange a disposable because it didn’t work out of the box. I did have my receipt. He checked it out and couldn’t get it to work either. Recommended testing them in the store next time just so it doesn’t happen again.”
