“i see this alot prices. they are independently owned prices have been going uo everywhere past few year, and i think they have most unique peoducts compared to orher aces nearby. and that stuff is very reasonable. they are a small business in glenwood mn , cant afford to mark everything so low like big box stores. and they dont even help you at all at rhose places ! they hide !!! please, remember you're employed also and how these reviews really reflect on a company especially if you're name is mentioned or what you looked like. be nice , patient and kind. just like you'd like to be treated.”

“Traveling through Glenwood MN with a rental car and we got a nail in our tire earlier in the trip. We were losing air quickly and needed to make it to Alexandria. We couldn’t find air anywhere quickly and we stopped at Glenwood True Value to ask for possible assistance. Alex was working the floor and asked us if we needed help. We advised him of the issue and he immediately told us to pull around back and he would use their air compressor to get us air and back on the road. In our eyes he went above and beyond to help a non customer and that says a lot about that store and its employees! Thank you Alex! 10/13/25.”
