“I've been a customer for a number of years and have always been happy with the products and the great customer service. I took my phone to them because it was having trouble charging. My phone is old and I was afraid that I would have to buy a new one. They looked at it and said it might just be dirty and cleaned it. Now it works good as new.”

“Came in to get a battery in my car’s keyfob replaced. Gentleman inside was very knowledgeable and very kind. Had exactly the battery i needed and when it didn’t quite solve my issue he told me how to. Would recommend anyone who needs batteries for sure.”

“One of this location employee, had helped reinstalling a new battery in a 15 degree weather after a previous one had an unknown issue, persuaded to use their tools instead, and answered all of the questions that were asked. Service was completed as alright overall. Glad that they have a long time warranty on car batteries whenever you need them replaced at a bad time or switched if you only had them for less than a few years bought at O’Riellys! Overall good experience.”

“Traveling through Plymouth MN on a long trip, I experienced some problems with my truck. I stopped to get antifreeze but also asked if I could have them use their odbc machine to check out my engine codes. Jerry was kind enough to let me take the machine out to my truck and use it myself. Thankfully I'm back on the road with no problems. But Jerry's help gives me a great deal of peace of mind and I appreciate that. She helped me out in a tight spot.”
“The Minnetonka location's store size isn't the largest O'Reilly's in the area, however the customer service is always great and if they don't have the part you need in stock they will work to get it in as soon as possible.”

“My car battery died, and I called and spoke to Anthony, he was very knowledgeable and helpful and recommended some different price range options for me and explained which one would be better for the cold. He then installed the new battery for me and removed the old one to be recycled. His two teammates as well were super helpful when the old battery was difficult to get out. I would’ve really struggled to do that by myself so I’m enormously grateful to all of this team for being so helpful and fantastic and kind.”
