He was a calming presence and was able to answer my questions quickly. He deserves to be recognized for his amazing customer service!! “This Home Depot isn’t opened long enough. Since I leave work at 9pm and this store closes at nine, I have to go a little farther to Fridley every day to buy work materials. I work virtually all day every day. Just wish they pushed opened an extra hour later. Very clean store compared to other Home Depot’s.”

“Great location, well supplied, and ample parking. Staff is generally friendly and helpful, but the checkout process was a bit bumpy. The card machine, which apparently was a known issue from the employee that responded to help, kept rejecting my chip read, then finally accepteda swipe with the employee's assistance. The management or owner should address this, as it has seemingly been a problem for quite some time. Interestingly, it became a teaching tool for the employee who was training someone. My transaction also included a military discount, which showed the trainee that aspect, as well. Kudos to Home Depot for honoring those of us who have served, and would ask this location to add veteran parking signs outfront, as other locations have done. The cost is minimal, and the message and public display is a powerful statement of where the organization stands. Plus, many of our older service members would be grateful for the proximity to the door, as they do not sign up for handicap access, due to military grit and pride..”

“It's a home improvement store, so what can I really say? Just like all others of its ilk, they have virtually every standard home improvement product you could want. And just like all other big home improvement stores, the staff generally range from unhelpful to downright wrong in their advice (but at least they give it confidently and with a smile?).
They decorate for Christmas before Halloween is even here, so that's either plus a couple stars or negative a couple stars depending on who you are. Ho ho ho.”
“Don't go into the lumber yard 10 minutes before they close. I just about got locked inside the yard for the night. I didn't bring my sleeping bag so I was definitely unprepared.”
