“This branch of the UPS store has friendly, helpful employees. They are friendly and welcoming. My packages arrive to their destinations on time. Most importantly, they are well staffed and organized!! Even when there is a line, it moves rapidly. Note: I use this UPS store very frequently! It is my #1 choice because I love the welcome, helpfulness, and efficiency which sadly, I do not get at other locations. As a Black person, to be welcomed and treated well is a huge plus!”

There was a really nice Associate named Vino that helped me correct the obituary that I needed to print off. She was very Kind, Helpful and Patient . “I can count on consistent delivery of my packages, usually 1,100 miles away to family. When I go into the UPS Store near me I’m walking into a friendly where I know I’ll get excellent services and always with a smile from the Clerks. They have helped me any times to select the best box size or fasten a package I’m shipping.
Tracking is wonderful. The Choice tracking lets me know when to call my family members and friends to check that my items shipped arrived and are in perfect condition. The same is true when I shop online and ship direct.
