“This place has become my go to! I do small and fairly simple print jobs and they are so responsive over email and get them done same day usually which is amazing. The prices seem similar to what I’ve seen around. Even when there has been and issue they fix it very quickly. I’d come here just for how responsive they are over email (Alex specifically) and for the quality communication because poor responsiveness and communication has been my main frustration with other shops.”
“Exceptional help, where I wasn't expecting any!I went to this store looking to buy a desk chair with the cheapest one in mind, I got the attention of the sales manager,(he was in the middle of helping someone else) and pointed out what I was looking to buy, mentioned that I was having back pain n' that my old chair was one of the many causes. He took the time to have me sit in different chairs with better support and to find something that'd actually support my back and shoulders. Low and behold, he found me one that fits great, feels comfortable and only costed $10 more bucks. “We’ve been a customer of Techware for years. They are one of our favorite vendors. We buy all our media, from DVDs, to cases from Techware. When we need bulk printing of DVDs, CDs, or Blu-ray discs, we have Techware do it for us. They are pleasant to work with, very quick, affordable, and most importantly, honest, reliable and responsive. When we have questions, Kevin is almost always available by phone to answer them. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the business. As I said, we have purchased from Techware for many years, I only wish we had discovered them sooner.

“the people that work here are genuinely helpful, i came in once with a super confusing verizon return and didn't have the paperwork i was supposed to have and the person working that day found a workaround within 5 minutes. i also just went in to get a passport photo taken and after they told me they didn't do digital copies the guy offered to just take the picture on my phone free of charge (should've gotten your name, i appreciate you!)”

I didn't realize it came with extra packaging (and, as a result, cost 10 dollars). I brought this up to checkout and a very kind staffer pointed that out and offered a significantly cheaper option by first asking me if I needed all the padding.
