“This is literally the first review I've ever written about a business I have worked with - but am excited to make this my first one as I'm that pleased with how everything went working with the Greater MSP Homes Team - specifically Thang Holt. We approached Thang, unsure if we'd move or not. He very patiently worked us through almost two years of showings before we finally found "the house" - I felt no pressure along the way or no feeling that we were "those clients" - simply a passion for helping us find the right thing for our family and a lot of good advice. Passion is probably the word that encompasses Thang the most! I had trouble not using it a dozen times while writing this review. Thang has an eye for details when touring homes and knowledgeably pointed out a lot of things (both positive and negative) I wouldn't have otherwise noticed. “Over the course of nearly 12 months, Josh Sprague worked with us to find a home in the Twin Cities area. The buyers had a home inspection, which turned up electrical issues that we weren't aware of. The negotiation and subsequent resolution of these issues required at least 6 different Purchase Agreement addendums. Heidi was on top of these ever-evolving negotiations at every step! Often taking calls and facilitating discussions and writing up new contracts while out to dinner with her family (!) or late in the evening & on weekends, etc. This was a stressful situation for us, but Heidi was so professional and supportive, and never missed a single detail! You can't go wrong with Heidi as your agent!!”
