“This is literally the first review I've ever written about a business I have worked with - but am excited to make this my first one as I'm that pleased with how everything went working with the Greater MSP Homes Team - specifically Thang Holt. We approached Thang, unsure if we'd move or not. He very patiently worked us through almost two years of showings before we finally found "the house" - I felt no pressure along the way or no feeling that we were "those clients" - simply a passion for helping us find the right thing for our family and a lot of good advice. “My mom suddenly needed to move to senior living and we needed to sell the house quick. From the time we hired Taylor to the time we needed to move out was a week. I was concerned about trying to sell the house with all the furniture out, so I asked Taylor if we could do an open house that weekend before the move out. Even with such short notice, he was able to muster the troops to get full open houses that Sat and Sun. That was all it took cause we got a couple full price offers. As I live 1500 miles away, I was a little concerned how this would all work, but Taylor and his team took care of all the details. The closing was smooth and the cash is in the bank. Later I was talking with my cousin about how good my realtor was and oddly enough, she knew him and his wife already. She said they were great. Small world. I wish I had talked with my cousin first, I could have saved the trouble of interviewing the other realtors.”
