Talo Apartments is a welcoming community that embodies warmth and hospitality, reflective of its Finnish roots. Located just 5 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, it offers a clean, minimalist design and excellent amenities. The apartment complex is well-maintained, and many residents appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, particularly Rania and Madisen, who provide outstanding customer service. Visitors have noted that the community feels grand and inviting. However, parking can be a challenge, with only paid parking available, which has led some residents to express concerns about non-residents occupying spaces. Despite this, many recommend Talo for its overall quality and inviting atmosphere. A tour of the property is encouraged to experience its charm firsthand.
I had a great tour from Rania who went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. The apartment complex was incredibly clean and maintained and am excited to hopefully sign a lease with Talo 😁
