“Lived here twice. September 2019 to May 2021, and again May 2022 to present. Clearly, I love this spot. The big windows can get cold and icy on the frame in the winter, but that's not a big enough complaint to knock it down at all. Love the greenway and the neighborhood. The location can't be beat.”

“I’ve had a pleasant experience at the Station on Washington. Aside from a couple of very minor issues (such as a couple of internet outages early in the leasing term and a time when maintenance came to fix something but didn’t) I’ve had just about no complaints in the few months I’ve been here so far. The building is rather nice (including the apartments themselves, with only a few scratches, minor damages like a light out of place, or such when I moved in) and the people who work in the office are all very nice. I’ve had several good conversations with the front desk people and they are always helpful. It’s a great apartment for my current situation.”

“Ashley, Korrina & Anahi are absolutely spectacular leasing agents however, they are even better human beings. Couldn’t be more grateful for how genuinely kind, flexible, and helpful they have all been during my moving process and also how welcoming they have been to me and my new pup. “best management!! they r good at what they do and super friendly. they r very caring and r quick to fixing things.its been a month since i moved and im so happy i chose such a nice place.i think they could have a better bike storage but there is one is the basement parking lot and one above ground.overall i love the quiet neighborhood”

He took the time to ask me questions to get a better understanding of exactly what it was that I was trying to communicate. He was very punctual, even though I had to reschedule the day prior. He wanted to make sure that my move into Plymouth Square apartment was stress-free. Thank you for everything. My family and I truly appreciate it!”
“I have lived here with my fiancé for over a year and a half now. We both love it here! It's in a perfect location right between uptown and St Louis Park, the building is new and gorgeous, and management is great! Maintenance requests are completed very quickly, management is responsive, and there are occasional fun events for residents. The only downside is that we have had a bike stolen and someone stole $600 worth of items from our car. Although it's a locked garage, people still manage to get in. Management was good, however, about reaching out to corporate and getting a security guard to watch the garages at night.”
“Maintenance at Central Park West does a great job. They come in fast, do it right the first time, clean up after themselves and leave a note that it was done. Perfect.The manager, Zach is also great. Friendly, efficient, solves issues promptly. A friend also recently gave the new leasing staff high marks, appreciating her polite demeanor and professional appearance.Inside, you have high ceilings, huge windows, great units. The pool is one of the nicest in the area, with hotel style outdoor cabanas. Superior fitness facilities and the beautiful top floor deck of the lounge complete the picture. It’s like a glam hotel meets a lovely apartment community.I’ve been so spoiled by this place, even nice hotels don’t compare.”

“Jeremiah was incredibly fast in fixing our sink problem and I appreciated his communication on timing.Additionally, we recently had a request completed by Mark to help resolve an issue with our smart thermostat installation (but I didn’t receive a link for review). Mark was incredibly thorough and generous with his time - tried a few options before finding a solution and completed the work in a single day instead of coming back. “The apartment building is truly stunning, with fantastic amenities. It's a great place for hosting guests, and it's conveniently located within walking distance of everything you need. Our top-floor corner apartment had an ideal layout, with equally-sized bedrooms perfect for roommates and windows in three directions with a stellar view of downtown. Toni, the manager, and the responsive maintenance team made our experience a good one.However, there were a few undisclosed details that we wished we knew before applying. Firstly, there's an additional charge for common area electricity, on top of your apartment's electricity cost. The pet fee for cats isn't a flat $300; it's $500 if you have a second cat, which was only revealed in the move-in dues breakdown. Additionally, only one household member receives a free LA Fitness gym membership due to the lack of an on-site gym. Thankfully, the property manager granted us a second one due to miscommunication with the leasing temp at the time.The building faces some challenges due to its location, but this isn't a management issue. It's essential for anyone moving to a new apartment to research the neighborhood for safety and not assume that management is responsible for security. Nonetheless, the 24/7 security provides peace of mind.Overall, the building met our expectations. Its unique and Las Vegas-inspired design makes it a standout in Minneapolis. The hot tub and pool are impressive, all your friends will want to come over. You won’t find another apartment that looks like The Walkway in Minneapolis. I moved closer to work, but I would rent here again.”
“Have been living here a little over a year and truly enjoy this place. The price is reasonable, the amenities are decent, there is a pool, garages to rent and laundry facilities in each building. The management is great and the care takers really get to know you as a person and not just as a tenant.Thanks for the great year and hopefully a couple more.”
“I loved living at the Camerata and was a resident for almost 2 years. We lived in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment on the second floor and paid about $1900 monthly total for one car underground and pet rent from 2021-2023. Maintenance was quick to respond (they live in Hoigaard Village too), rent felt fair, and the amenities were great. It was nice that all amenities at all buildings were accessible to any resident. The underground parking was awesome, even though sometimes there’s trouble with the fob system. The pool at the Camerata can get really busy and parties happen during the summer but everyone is friendly and inviting. Management changed hands while we were there but Kelly was there the whole time we were, and she was lovely to work with. I recommend living here to friends & family who are looking in the area. You’ll love it here.Pro tip: moving takes a LOT of effort in these buildings because they’re so big (especially the Camerata), so hire movers. You will absolutely get your money’s worth.”

“Having lived in other apartments in Loring Park, this is the best I've found! The building is clearly stunning and historic from the outside and I absolutely love my unit. It is spacious, loft style, high ceilings and is more unique than the majority of apartments I had toured. Feels much more like a "home" than a cheap apartment unit. The building is surprisingly quiet, which is a huge plus. I've never had noise issues with neighbors or otherwise, which is especially surprising with my unit being right off the main lobby. Management has always been friendly, attentive and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. There is a small, but beautiful rooftop area and the location in Loring Park is central to literally everything. I truly love living here!”

“I had lived at Wexford Commons about two years and I have nothing bad to said the apartment and management is very good. The location is great and it so close to everything. Grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, stores and bus stops. The maintenance department has always been very prompt in responding to any request that I've had. The management staff has always been friendly and easy to work with. I've felt valued as a resident during my stay here. I would highly recommend as a great place to live.”
