They confirmed with me at noon to tow my car and waited 7 hours and no one came. Never returned my call or nothing. Their rep was nice and all but the driver never showed up
Edit: To update this, Sam drove over an hour to come get my car to make up for the previous day. If you use this service ask for Sam!

Matt was awesome, helped me out just as he was driving between jobs and saw my car on the side of the road. Took 10 minutes out of his day to help tow me back home when he could have just driven past. He will be at the top of my list whenever I need a tow.
